Alghero places to stay

A big thank you to Lorella who was very available to respond to our requests. The listing is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean, the rooms spacious and had all the necessary features.

Tiziana is the best host we have ever had in all our travels around the world. We arrived late and she still met us, helped us find parking, and convinced a closed restaurant to make us dinner at midnight. We loved her! The apartment is so cute and very easy to find. The location is amazing as is all the history. We had an incredible stay and highly recommend it!

The Mitico Gianmario welcomed us with open arms with a huge friendliness and professionalism, already on the phone you can see that he is a super helpful person. We stayed in the Andreana apartment, it is a simple apartment but with everything you need in the kitchen as in the rest of the house with some beach equipment available for use. The apartment is very clean and tidy with a great view of the pool, which is also well equipped in the courtyard. In addition to all this, Gianmario does his job as a true professional, offering several advice on what to do and where to go in addition to the many benefits for restaurants, tours, etc. I recommend the structure as well as the area, and of course I recommend Gianmario!!!

Parking- it’s difficult to find parking exactly where the apartment is located. But, there was parking within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance from the historic centre, the beach, restaurants and supermarkets and therefore, the use of the car was not needed within Alghero. The apartment is on the 4th floor. No lift but, that was not an issue for us. The apartment was clean, with good air flow including air conditioning, excellent bedding and pillows, cooking facilities and essential supplies. We felt comfortable in the apartment. Davide, the host was available and responsive when needed.

Antonello's house is in a strategic position, close to the center of Alghero, but at the same time in a not too chaotic point. The house is nice and well cared for. The swimming pool was definitely appreciated by our kids. The outdoor area for eating (always well shaded) is interesting. Bikes are very useful,even if it takes some maintenance. Unique mole: parking (however declared by Antonello): it is a little tight for those who,like us,have a station wagon. On the street,not too far away, you can still find a place.

Valentina’s place was very clean and beautiful inside, lots of space. Great ocean view. The location was not quite what we thought, it seemed to be in a developing area on the outskirts that was not as clean, and farther from town than we thought, this wasn’t captured in the listing but the walk to town was still easy, just feel the location wasn’t properly shown. Otherwise beautiful penthouse apartment and check in and out was great and easy.

Great stay, clean and well-maintained apartment, equipped with every need for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Responsive and helpful hosts. Really recommended!
