Great apartment - 2 minutes to beach and 5 mins to old historic town. Michelina was a very attentive host, checking all was ok and making recommendations.

We've just returned from a 4 night stay in Castelsardo and Marcia's flat was simply brilliant. The views from the balcony of the sea, beach, town and sunsets were magnificent. The rooftop pool was well loved and well used by our two kids; in before breakfast and before bed. The location of the flat is ace; a 5 minute stroll to the centre, 10 minute stroll to the beach via a winding path and 10 minute stroll to the castle and old town. It's a stunning place. Marcia was super helpful beforehand answering questions (thank you!). The beach is a must; turquoise clear waters, plenty of space, fish galore. The apartment was perfect; clean and had everything you'd need. The sofa bed was really comfy. I didn't end up using the parking space provided as the hire car company gave us a bigger car than we'd booked. For ease, we parked on the road outside and always got a space. The blue bays were €14 per day, which was well worth the convenience and stress of parking a big car in a small space.

Nothing but good things to say - great apartment and parking. Super close to the beach and town, you can walk everywhere. House is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Every detail is well thought out and Mary was the best host ever :) Rarely can you find a place like this anymore, 5* all around.

What to say about this apartment!!!! It exceeded our expectations in every way. Exquisitely decorated with homages to the great designers, Coco Chanel, Dior etc and to the roots of the movie industry. Wonderful. As for facilities, everything was thought of. There was a welcome bottle of wine with glasses waiting, a lovingly put together Adventure Book on the delights of Alghero, stocked coffee machine, bottled water, washing machine, traditional clothes line, air-conditioning, black out blinds, everything in the kitchen and bathroom. The location is super, in the centre of the old town, 5 minutes from the sea, excellent restaurants minutes away (would recommend one right next door, L'Incontro). Alghero old town is a delight, endless top class places to eat and drink. We swam at Las Tronas, a bit rocky but really interesting, quite quiet. Back to the apartment, Mauro couldn't have been more helpful, messages making sure everything went smoothly for us. Loved it here.

We really enjoyed our stay in Giuliano’s lovely apartment in Alghero. It was exactly like the pictures, with a comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and a big outside terrace where we enjoyed sitting each evening. It is in a peaceful, local area just a short walk to the Old town. Giuliano’s friend Gabriele met us on arrival and was very helpful throughout our stay! Thank you :)

We spent a great week in Barbara's apartment. The location is ideal.....5 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes walk along the seafront to the beautiful town of Alghero. The apartment is spacious and the balcony is fantastic. Barbara does everything possible to give her guests a great experience. The kitchen and bathroom are very well stocked with extras. Her list of recommendations is invaluable. We appreciate her allowing a late checkout too. She's very responsive if you have any queries. Meeting the host at check in adds an extra touch , much better than the lock box experience . All in all, a great experience.

What an outstanding week spent at this Airbnb. We were in contact with Francesco who was excellent, always responsive and very helpful for any request we had. The place is in the perfect position - right above a great cafe - 5 minutes from the old town centre - walkable everywhere - parking in the surrounding streets The apartment itself has everything you need including air conditioning. The water views and sea breeze are amazing. We would 100% come back to stay at this apartment again.

Quiet apartment, very clean and functional, great location, perfect for 2 people. Roberto is a very thoughtful and kind host, if we come back to Alghero, we'll come back to her place without asking questions and with pleasure. The apartment is a 20-30 min walk from the old town and marina, and between the north point and Bosa, with buses and supermarkets nearby. Note that for buses you have to buy your tickets in advance from a newsagent or download the app.

We had a great 1.5 weeks as a family with 6 adults and 4 children in this beautiful accommodation. The contact with Jean Charles from the time of booking to the last day we left home was excellent. Jean Charles is a great host, thinking along, responds quickly, super friendly..in short a real host. The accommodation itself is full of comforts and even a lot of extras that make your beach visits or pool days extra relaxed. There are even toys available for children and games for when you want some entertainment in the evening. We will definitely come back here!

The stay was excellent! We felt right at home. The apartment is very modern and well equipped. The location is perfect, you are right near the harbor, the old town is also just a stone's throw away. In general, we liked the city of Alghero very much. Since we were there in October, we were able to park in a very large parking lot, approx. 50 meters away, for free. We absolutely recommend the place and would certainly come back in the future!

Just returned from the most amazing stay in Sardinia! The house was above and beyond our expectations. The grounds are stunning with so much space and so beautiful with all the olive groves and cacti etc. The pool was a highlight for the kids and they spent a lot of time in there and the hot tub. The children also loved the many cats and dogs 😊 The house was well kitted for self catering and all of upstairs had air con and mozzie nets at windows so despite 37 degree heat, we were very comfortable. Daniela and her husband were so lovely and made us feel so welcome particularly the children. Daniella would bring out toys for the children and was always chatty and smiley! There are many beautiful places to visit nearby like the Neptune Grotto, many lovely beaches and alghero old town! We cannot recommend this place enough- it was I would say the best place we have ever stayed! Thank you Roberta, Daniella and family for such a wonderful stay in your beautiful home 😊

Nina and Ottavio gave us a very warm welcome. We felt right at home. The lovingly landscaped garden and pool are a dream. The apartment was functional and super clean. The location is very quiet and safe. We thought it was very nice that we could make a delicious coffee in the party house at any time. Its sunsets were sensational. A car is necessary. We would like to thank our hosts. We'll be happy to come back.

Perfect apartment, as described and even better. Everything is new and well cared for. The hosts are kind and helpful, but private. The area is quiet and isolated from the chaos of the coast and city traffic, but convenient both to enjoy the city services of Sassari and to explore the North of Sardinia. A nice discovery and a place to come back.

The host was super helpful throughout the stay giving advice on what to visit and how to get around. The house is very nice and well-kept and with everything you need for your vacation. The town is not on the sea but you can easily reach it with a 10-minute drive, it is also in a location that makes it easy to visit different cities by moving a little. In general, highly recommended as accommodation if you want to take a vacation in these areas

Giuseppe is a helpful and very responsive host from day one. Even helped me carry my luggage up to the apartment as well as having welcome drinks in the fridge ready and cold. As he is the architect of the apartment, he explained everything very well and in detail. The apartment is truly an art peace. So much detail in the lines, 3d effect. And it has everything. The location is amazing as it's on the edge of the village where it's peaceful, quiet with beautiful nature surrounding. Yet it's close to all the action within 10 minute walk. The sunsets and the views are just world class. I can highly recommend this spot. The were even days it was just amazing to chill and enjoy this beautiful apartment with its view of the ocean. I will be back, thank you Giuseppe!
