Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Villasimius

The beautiful, spacious apartment is one of four and has many private outdoor seating options and a well-maintained, shared pool. With our two small children, we spent wonderful 8 days here and enjoyed the pool very much for us, as none of the other apartments were occupied. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartment is sparkling clean. The beds were rather hard for our taste. Great for us were the mosquito nets on all windows and the shutters to darken the rooms completely. Even though we didn't meet Rita in person, she was a wonderful hostess. Always available and made sure we had everything. We would highly recommend this place to families, couples, friends and many more and thank the hosts warmly for everything.

Very pleasant stay in October. The beach and sea are super nice and easily accessible with a short walk. The house is well equipped, e.g. also with umbrellas for the beach. The hot tub is a highlight! Matteo was very nice and communication with him is easy and quick. Thank you very much.

This is simply the best Air BNB we have ever stayed at, we have travelled to many countries and the hospitality showed to us was amazing, Great local recommendations to sights close by, beautiful accomodation, local delicacies for us to try, all of this was above an beyond our expectations. The house is so clean, and beautifully decorated, there were lovely spaces inside and out to enjoy in the garden areas. We want to come back here and stay again and wish we were staying longer. If you are considering a stay around the Pula area, stay here!!!

Very nice landlords who were always easy to reach. The house matched the description. As an alternative to the sea, a well-kept pool was available. Very good bars and restaurants in the suburbs. In Chia itself there are beaches of various kinds - depending on what you like. Pula as the next largest place is wonderful for evening outings and can be reached in 20 minutes. We will be happy to come back!! Grazie mille!

Lucia is a great host. She is very responsive, helpful and friendly and made us feel right at home. Lucia’s house is lovely. It has all the amenities you need and is set in a beautiful quiet location, in easy reach of lovely beaches, and a good local restaurant, fishmonger, bar and restaurant.

Massimo is an exceptional Host! We encountered some problems unrelated to Massimo, and he was always available by email or in person on site. He is a warm, welcoming person who has only one obsession: Your comfort Thanks Massimo... because we had a great week in a quiet and superb environment. In April the sea is still cold but the landscapes are sumptuous, and the beach 70 m from the cottage is a little gem. Also go see the beaches on the Chia side... a real little paradise! A dream coming true... the appartment and it's view is unbelievable! Everything was like it should be, even better. Mattia is a really nice guy and on top, he is also a professional masseur - make sure to get one of this wonderful massages, at your own terrace! We had some wonderful days at the house that offered great spaces, billiards and ping pong tables as well as in a very good location close to amazing beaches. The host replied very quickly and the communication was quick and easy with local tips. Highly recommend the property.

Great stay at Cristina's, who was from start to finish a considerate, welcoming, responsive host… the best! Well-equipped, clean, tastefully furnished accommodation, superb garden and the jacuzzi is the icing on the cake… You can go and stay with her, in this apartment or the second one she offers, without a second thought. We had a pleasant stay in Giorgio's place. Very peaceful neighborhood surrounded by nature. Located 10 min by car to Villasimus, which is a charming little town where there are very nice restaurants, small shops and everything we need for the stay. Beautiful walks to do directly from the house. Quiet little beach just nearby.

Our stay at Nathaline villa was absolutely amazing. We were a group of eight friends, and from the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The villa is stunning — spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with everything you could possibly need. Every room was cozy and welcoming, and the views were just incredible. One of our favorite parts was the hot tub — the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring.The villa also had snorkeling gear ready for us, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our beach days even more fun. Nathaline and Andre were fantastic hosts — super responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. Any time we had a question, they were quick to assist. We did encounter a small issue with the electricity, but they handled it immediately and professionally, which made a huge The location was also ideal — peaceful and private, but still close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. It was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation.

A great house right near the beach. Excellent facilities and what wasn't in the house, you'd never need! So well stocked with appliances, supplies. Rezearta made lots of recommendations and was quick to respond to any queries.

There aren't enough words to fully describe how beautiful this property and its location are! My husband and I stayed for 5 days at the beginning of October, so the local beach bar and pizzeria were closed and the gated community was very quiet, but we loved the peace and stunning surroundings. The house itself is beautiful and has everything you need to feel right at home. The garden and roof terrace are fabulous and we loved the hot tub for early morning and late night dips! The kitchen is very well equipped and everything is super clean. It's clearly been recently redecorated and has been done beautifully. You do need a car if you want to visit other places or eat out (especially out of season) and there are wonderful beaches within a short drive, as well as the one right next to the house! But with the parking space, having a car is no issue. Marguerite met us to hand over the keys and show us around. She's so lovely and friendly, and super helpful. 100% recommend this house!

We had a great stay at Vittorio’s place. The house is very spacious and the garden is very nice. Internet connection was good.

We enjoyed the house very much. The children had a great time playing in the garden. The beach in Costa Rei is beautiful and within walking distance. The huge fridge is great if you're traveling as a group. The communication was super nice and always helpful. Unfortunately, in April, everything was still closed except for one restaurant in the village and there was a lot of construction work on the neighboring houses.
