The living room was fantastic. Very nice apartment, clean and fresh. In a few minutes by scooter or car you can reach beautiful beaches. Very precious Cristina who was always very helpful and made us feel at home and pampered from start to finish, she gave us great advice and really went above and beyond, fulfilling all our requests with kindness and cordiality. You can go with your eyes closed!

I had the pleasure of staying at Loredana's house, and I have to say that the experience was excellent in every aspect. From the moment of booking, Loredana has been an extremely helpful and attentive host. She was quick to answer all my questions, providing useful details and valuable tips about the area. The house was exactly as described, if not better. The spaces were clean, cozy, and tastefully furnished. Loredana has taken care of every detail, making the environment comfortable and pleasant. Also, I found everything I needed, from cooking utensils to toiletries in the bathroom, a sign of special attention to guests. The location of the house is perfect, located in a quiet neighborhood but close to all the main attractions. Loredana gave us great suggestions on restaurants and places to visit, which made our stay even more memorable.

Just back from a wonderful stay at Salvatore's studio apartment. Although it is a studio it is spacious and with a fully kitted out kitchen. A huge part of the attraction is the fantastic location where you fall asleep to the sound of the waves outside. Within 2 mins you are on a great beach, which is nothing to say of your own little private beach area below the apartment. Salvatore was a great host and very responsive whenever we had any questions. Would definitely recommend the apartment for those that want to chill out and unwind.

Where to start… Nicoletta is very welcoming, with very good tips. Thank you so much Nicoletta for this amazing week! Then upon arrival, a very warm welcome by the 2 small dogs was wonderful!! And the accommodation was perfect nothing to say to rest it was the perfect accommodation, completely exotic seen on the pink flamingos and horses so adorable 😍 Excellent stay, it was perfect!

A spacious villa, quietly located in beautiful mountainous nature (so also dogs barking, cackling chickens...). Fantastic view from the terrace, a rather large pool (attention, deep, nothing for too small children), plenty of space on the outdoor grounds for volleyball, table tennis, etc., well-kept garden with palm trees, really nice. Everything very clean, ingenious dining room, in which even with the greatest heat there is always a fresh wind. 3km to the nearest shop, Nora beach about 15 mins by car, to the super nice beach in Chia 30 mins. Landlord very likeable and always available for questions.

Giuseppe and his spouse are extremely nice and mannered people which is reflected in their house, decorated with taste and refinement. The garden is a jewel and there is everything one can need for kids. The bathroom situation is really minor is rather original and overall very functional. The garden shower is a dream, when getting back from the beautiful beach which is 5min walk away. Everything was extremely clean, from the confortable cussions on the terrasse to bedsheets and towels. A mosquito net could be a great added value to this wonderfull and cosy house. We have had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s house. Matteo’s parents gave us a very warm welcome and were extremely supportive when we had issues with our flight. This gave us a great start to our holiday. The location is great with beach, supermarket and restaurant all in 5 min walking distance. The house is perfect for a holiday with children, very spacious and included parasol and beach toys. Thank you!

Impeccable villa in a splendid setting, swimming pool with sea views. The house was identical to the photos. I recommend it.

Alice’s place has everything that you will need and more. It is clean, spacious and updated with modern bathrooms and bedrooms that we really appreciated. She may also potentially has the best beddings we’ve had throughout our travel in Europe over the years! She prepared a lovely welcome amenity and even left some color markers after knowing we are visiting with our little ones. Talk about hospitality and going beyond. This is why we usually chooses to stay in homes that are run personally by the owners instead of agents.

An incredible place, very soulful, beautiful, cozy, and convenient. Very clean and very spacious (much more spacious than it looks in the photos) A stunning beach is just a 3-5 minute walk away, as well as a supermarket and cafes. We stayed as a family, myself, my husband, and our daughter, and we were very sad to leave after three days. Deborah is wonderful and responsive! We highly recommend this beautiful house. An amazing rooftop terrace overlooking the harbor and city. The apartment suited us perfectly and we will definitely come back to this gem.

I stayed one night in this super cozy little house, as I was in transit for a business trip. I chose it mainly for the possibility of having a private parking space, a very important detail for my travel. I was welcomed in an excellent way right away: I was provided with all the useful information to spend the night at its best. The house is very welcoming and the cleanliness is impeccable. One thing that particularly struck me, making me feel really "at home," was the Easter decoration: simple, pretty and with attention to detail. Very well-kept and very clean house. Equipped with everything you need for a stay by the sea (from dishes, pots, pans to barbecue grill). It's just a few minutes' drive from the coast, but it doesn't have a sea view, except for the room with a balcony (still quite far away). The hosts were extremely helpful and flexible, accommodating all of our requests. Only thing: if you decide to cook, the house is very uncomfortable because of its structure, which has the kitchen on the ground floor and the outdoor patio with the table upstairs (at a room and if a bathroom); which forces you to bring everything you need up and down.

We spent three days at Andrea's place - the reception was great, we were greeted personally and shown around. As described, the apartment is many stairs away from the floor - that did not bother us. Great rooftop overlooking Cagliari, modern furnishings, everything there, great lighting. Enjoyed the sun and even used the magnificent outdoor shower to cool off. Bathroom top. the hosts take care of themselves warmly, also got new glasses and a FireTV stick during our stay. Would highly recommend it! There was plenty of parking around the block in April.

Thank you. We enjoyed our quiet night at your place in Cagliari. There was a lovely small market nearby and we enjoyed the beautiful 15-20 walk down to a livelier part of town for dinner and back up late that night. A quiet place to sleep in the richness of the walled village was exactly what our family wanted. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Christina's place. She is very friendly and helps with all questions within a very short time. The location is fantastic to explore Cagliari. Definitely recommended.

Great location, good amenities, up to and including Alexa. Franco personally welcomed us and showed us everything and responded immediately if something was wrong. The bathroom still needs some optimization, which is why they wanted to take care of it. Inside the house it was quite quiet and we felt comfortable and safe! Can recommend the apartment 100%!

Staying with Cristina and Paolo was a wonderful experience. They were very nice people and helpful. The clean and tidy apartment has everything you need for a family of 4. Super spacious kitchen and living area with everything you need for cooking. Also use private off-street parking if needed. Within walking distance is a small beach and shops, as well as restaurant, pharmacy, MD supermarket and etc. If they drive a little further, they have the most beautiful beaches with turquoise waters. I can only recommend another stay with Cristina and Paolo.

We had a wholesome start of our vacations. The stay at Elias AirBnb was top notch. We especially enjoyed the playful dogs and cats. Elisa was always supportive and great communication. We can recommend it to pet lovers and families.

I booked this really nice place for a one week holiday with my boyfriend. Ilaria´s place is really clean and we felt like home immediately, she´s really nice and always helped us when we needed! I can suggest this place 100% :) It is in Quartu, a small town directly near Cagliari which is extremely close to the beach. You can actually walk to the beach in 10-15 Minutes! And on the way to the beach you can see the Flamingos who are now not afraid of people anymore and come really close. There are otherwise supermarkets, cafés, pharmacies and a few restaurants nearby. I suggest to go to Locanda Caddeo for a delicious aperitivo and to Frontemare for dinner. I suggest to book this place if you have a car, so you can move freely and explore the beatiful beaches on the way to Villasimius (like Baccu Mandara, Porto Sa Ruxi, Giunco, Punta Molentis) which are easier to reach starting from Quartu than from Cagliari. Cagliari is approx 15 Minutes away with the car or 30 Minutes with the bus.

Absolutely stunning location in a beautiful surrounding. The house is spacious and well furnished. The swimming pool is huge with a pretty garden. Riccardo and his wife are great hosts, could not ask for better people. Warm, friendly, communicative, helpful. Can't wait to go back again as one week is definitely not enough to explore the South of Sardinia. 5 stars all round.
