Vacation rentals with a pool in Metropolitan City of Cagliari

We stayed for one week at Villa Turandot and it was fantastic. We were 2 adults and 3 teenagers and the house was more than spacious enough for us all, with ample bathrooms. Everything was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Aircon was really appreciated. The large terrace upstairs is perfect for dining, playing games and daytime reading with lots of spots to hide yourself away. The pool was amazing - big enough to count and such a welcome respite from the Sardinian heat..we noted there weren't many properties in Torre Delle that had this luxury. We split our time between the pool and the local beach, which is less than 10 mins walk away. It's a lovely spot, crystal clear seas and very safe. We spent lots of time at the very chilled Cafe Do Mar there, nice vibes. Enrico was a great host, very helpful with excellent communications.

What an amazing, amazing stay. The location, next to a gorgeous beach and just 10 min from Villasimius, is perfect. Great swimming pool and soccer pitch for the kids. Andrea is a perfect host -- always available, never intrusive -- and the home itself is gigantic, well appointed, and very, very unique and charming. Thank you, Andrea!! We will be back!!

Great airbnb for a large group. We cooked every night and swam every day. Would highly recommend.

Lory and Max welcome you with a smile! The apartment is pretty and very clean. You'll have the necessary dishes and more. The air conditioning works and is not too noisy. The pool and the outside are really pretty and well appointed. Your hosts know how to be discreet despite the proximity. They are full of small touches for us. Upon your arrival the fridge will already be stocked as well as the cupboards (milk, cereals, rusks, yogurts, fruit, cheese, jams, cold meats, water, coffee...........) The small downsides: a rooster in the garden right next door who sings night and day (we ended up getting used to it) and the lack of a blackout curtain.

Great house, great host, nice location.

The place is absolutely perfect, but what I would like to highlight is Alice, the owner. Used Airbnb so many times, but Alice, felt like a friends more than a owner. She was on it as soon as we booked the place. She will help you with anything, from booking local restaurants (which was sooo good!) to arrange days out to even help to rent a car. Even if it was Easter, she was there. Nothing is too much for her and if there is a issue, she will find a solution. The place is typical italian, simple but perfect. Sparkling clean and had everything we needed it. The pool is amazing! Will struggle now to book another place without heat and salty water 😊 There are quite few steeps steps to the house, so bear that in mind if you have little kids or struggle to do stairs. We had a pleasant stay, with family, in the Schubert villa. Very well equipped. Francesco is a welcoming host and very responsive to any concerns. The sea view is very beautiful. In terms of cleanliness of the house and impeccable linen. We were lucky enough, at this time, to hear the deer's bellow and see does. We will be back.

Carlo and his family were very nice hosts. They live just below the appartment which is more a pluspoint (asking questions etc). The appartment is in very good condition. The beach is a max 10 min walk (with kids) and its a beautiful sand beach. The swimming pool was also often used by the kids. We could also drive with the car to various beaches, an adventure park is close by and at night we stroll around in Pula which is a 15min drive. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a really nice stay with Simonetta. The flat is exactly like on the pictures, containing everything we needed. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the area itself is very calm. Simonetta was always very helpful and answered our questions immediately. We would love to come again!

Very well located. Close to the city center. Pool with beautiful views. Alessandro is always available and helpful.

We very much enjoyed the tranquility! There are beautiful beaches nearby and you are only half an hour away from the capital Cagliari. Definitely recommended!

It was a great stay and amazing to have the rooftop

The accommodation was clean, tidy and equipped with absolutely all the necessities. Comfortable bedding, mosquito nets everywhere. Special mention for the small insulated bag, very convenient to bring picnic and cold drink ☺️ The umbrella also helped us a lot - even if I don't want the next ones to have to use it! No unpleasant surprises on the contrary, the apartment complies with the photos / descriptions. The place is peaceful and enjoys a beautiful 😍 beach view very easily accessible. Simonetta is considerate and responsive, she is not short of recommendations 😄 Thanks again! 🙏 and looking forward to it 😉

Very cool accommodation for people who don't need luxuries and a quiet place to relax. The apartment is simple but functional. A big advantage is the large terrace, a tiny pool in the garden, a place to park on the property. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood (we were in September), beautiful beach. The host is friendly and responsive, quickly responds to any questions or requests :) One note - the apartment will be not very comfortable for tall people because the ceiling above it is about 170 cm high;)
