Vacation rentals with a pool in Metropolitan City of Cagliari

We stayed for one week at Villa Turandot and it was fantastic. We were 2 adults and 3 teenagers and the house was more than spacious enough for us all, with ample bathrooms. Everything was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Aircon was really appreciated. The large terrace upstairs is perfect for dining, playing games and daytime reading with lots of spots to hide yourself away. The pool was amazing - big enough to count and such a welcome respite from the Sardinian heat..we noted there weren't many properties in Torre Delle that had this luxury. We split our time between the pool and the local beach, which is less than 10 mins walk away. It's a lovely spot, crystal clear seas and very safe. We spent lots of time at the very chilled Cafe Do Mar there, nice vibes. Enrico was a great host, very helpful with excellent communications.

What an amazing, amazing stay. The location, next to a gorgeous beach and just 10 min from Villasimius, is perfect. Great swimming pool and soccer pitch for the kids. Andrea is a perfect host -- always available, never intrusive -- and the home itself is gigantic, well appointed, and very, very unique and charming. Thank you, Andrea!! We will be back!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das airbnb ist genau wie auf den Bildern und hat , neben dem beheizten Pool auch einen wunderbaren Meerblick aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und überhaupt nicht störend. Es haben anfangs ein paar Basics wie eine Bialetti oder Bedsheets gefehlt. Das war aber kein Problem durch die schnelle Antwort von Lucca wurde alles prompt gebracht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in Villa Lolly

Wir waren 3 Familien von Freunden in dem Haus von Géraldine, Das Haus ist sehr schön, groß und gemütlich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt:) Die Kommunikation mit Géraldine war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert, sie war immer da wenn wir sie gebraucht haben! Wir können das Haus absolut weiter empfehlen! Lory et Max vous accueillent avec le sourire ! L'appartement est jolie et très propre . Vous aurez le nécessaire en vaisselle et autre . La clim fonctionne et n'est pas trop bruyante. La piscine et l'extérieure est vraiment jolie et bien aménagé. Vos hôtes savent être discret malgré la proximité. Ils sont pleins de petites attentions a notre égard. A votre arrivé le frigo sera déjà garni ainsi que les placards ( lait ,céréales,biscottes,yaourts,fruits,fromage,confitures,charcuterie,eau,café........... ) Les petits bémols : un coq dans le jardin juste a côté qui chantent nuit et jour ( on fini par si habituer ) et le manque de rideau occultant .

Great house, great host, nice location.

The place is absolutely perfect, but what I would like to highlight is Alice, the owner. Used Airbnb so many times, but Alice, felt like a friends more than a owner. She was on it as soon as we booked the place. She will help you with anything, from booking local restaurants (which was sooo good!) to arrange days out to even help to rent a car. Even if it was Easter, she was there. Nothing is too much for her and if there is a issue, she will find a solution. The place is typical italian, simple but perfect. Sparkling clean and had everything we needed it. The pool is amazing! Will struggle now to book another place without heat and salty water 😊 There are quite few steeps steps to the house, so bear that in mind if you have little kids or struggle to do stairs. Grazie Alice per tutto! Sei la migliore! A presto!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, en famille, dans la villa Schubert. Très bien équipée. Francesco est un hôte accueillant et très réactif au moindre souci. La vue sur la mer est très belle. Au niveau de la propreté de la maison et du linge impeccable. Nous avons eu la chance, à cette période, d'entendre le brame du cerf et de voir des biches. Nous reviendrons.

Carlo and his family were very nice hosts. They live just below the appartment which is more a pluspoint (asking questions etc). The appartment is in very good condition. The beach is a max 10 min walk (with kids) and its a beautiful sand beach. The swimming pool was also often used by the kids. We could also drive with the car to various beaches, an adventure park is close by and at night we stroll around in Pula which is a 15min drive. Thank you for your hospitality.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit großartiger Aussicht und tollen Stränden in der Nähe sowie gute Erreichbarkeit von Cagliari. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, alles nötige vorhanden inklusive Grill etc. Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut, Simonetta ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und man darf sogar Gewürze aus dem Garten nutzen. Eventuell teilt man sich die Terrasse mit anderen Mietern, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Alles super!

Sehr gut gelegen. Nahe zur Stadtzentrum. Pool mit schönem Ausblick. Alessandro immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Eine wunderschöne kleine Wohnung (wirklich nur für zwei Personen) mit allem was es braucht. Ein atemberaubend schöner Ausblick beim Essen- wir haben unsere Stühle zwei Stockwerke höher auf eine kleine Terrasse getragen- angenehme Ruhe, man hört nur die Laute der Tiere :) Den Sonnenuntergang kann man von dort aus auch gut beobachten. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Dachterrasse war das nonplusultra. Echt toll. Wir haben dort gefrühstückt und gebadet. Marwan war immer erreichbar bei grossen und kleinen Fragen. In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts! Den Kaffee holten wir uns gleich vis a vis, war sehr praktisch!

Le logement était propre, rangé et équipé d’absolument tout le nécessaire. Literie confortable, moustiquaires partout. Mention spéciale pour le petit sac isotherme, très pratique pour emmener pique nique et boisson fraîche ☺️ Le parapluie également nous a bien dépannés - meme si je ne souhaite pas aux prochains d’avoir à l’utiliser ! Pas de mauvaise surprise bien au contraire, l’appartement est conforme aux photos / descriptions. L’endroit est paisible et jouit d’une vue magnifique 😍 plage accessible très facilement. Simonetta est prévenante et réactive, elle n’est pas avare de recommandations 😄 Encore merci ! 🙏 et au plaisir 😉

Bardzo fajne zakwaterowanie dla osób, które nie potrzebują luksusów, a spokojnego miejsca na wypoczynek. Mieszkanie urządzone prosto, ale funkcjonalnie. Dużym atutem jest spory taras, malutki basen w ogrodzie, miejsce do zaparkowania na posesji. Okolica cicha i spokojna (byliśmy we wrześniu), plaża piękna. Gospodarz przyjazny i kontaktowy, szybko reaguje na ewentualne pytania czy prośby :) Jedna uwaga - mieszkanie będzie niezbyt komfortowe dla wysokich osób ponieważ sufit nad jego częścią znajduje się na wysokości ok 170 cm ;)
