Townhome vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Cagliari

The accommodation lives up to the photos, the stay went really well. Access to the pool is super simple and the schedules allow you to really enjoy it. Quiet place for early September, in any case. Responsive host and full of good recommendations, with clear instructions. It is advisable to have a car to be able to visit the super beautiful beaches of the surroundings, do not be afraid to drive about forty minutes to discover magnificent places. It is a place to do and redo both for its nature side and the good Sardinian cuisine.

We spent 3 weeks this month of August 2024 , the house is located in a quiet and residential area . We confirm all positive reviews about this listing cleanliness, tidiness, convenience, a very nice house, with a real holiday look. Proximity to shops , pharmacy , and good restaurants, very beautiful beaches ... LOLE is a very kind ,caring and welcoming person who went out of his way to make us have a very nice stay. We highly recommend this rental, without any hesitation .. We were received in a very friendly manner personally by Alberto and Stefania. Including welcome gifts :-) The apartment is located in a beautiful, peaceful and private environment. Especially recommended with children! The equipment with towels, beach loungers, parasols, beach chairs, coffee maker, air conditioning in all rooms, .... is very extensive. Breakfast & dinner on the terrace were just a dream! The sea is a minute away. Swimming shoes are recommended if you want to get into the water as it is a pebble beach. Excellent for snorkeling and also if you want to watch the sunset in the evening. The nearest sandy beach (K'ale Moru) is about 15 minutes away by car. The city of Cagliari is about 45 minutes away. A car is recommended, if not necessary, as the apartment is somewhat secluded. We would also recommend a car for excursions to explore Sardinia. We had a very nice time and would be happy to come back!

We were welcomed by Rossella's parents, very friendly and helpful. The cottage with ground floor and loft sleeping area is equipped with everything you need, clean and comfortable with 2 outdoor areas: the patio where you can eat and relax after a day at the beach and a small garden with lawn and barbecue. The parking lot in front of the entrance gate is very convenient. The area is ideal for visiting all the beautiful beaches of Villasimius and its surroundings. The village with supermarkets is a 5-minute drive away. Rossella was very helpful in solving a small problem with the wifi. Thanks to Rossella and her nice parents, if we return to the area we will definitely book here again!

The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and nice. We enjoyed the stay and were able to relax well. The path to the beach is short on foot. In September, the beach was little occupied, access to the water quite flat (child-friendly) and the hosts provided beach chairs and a parasol. We were able to eat, read, play and hang our laundry directly in front of the house entrance under a large tent roof (washing machine is available in the house) and also park our car, secured by a garden gate. Small, practical-functional kitchenette with gas stove, enough dishes, two showers/toilets plus outdoor shower, which is convenient for "desanding" after the beach. Quiet residential area in a townhouse settlement. The hosts have a cute little dog and a young cat, in the residential area live pfaue and parakeets. We felt very comfortable there and can highly recommend the accommodation.

We reluctantly left the apartment where we stayed for our vacation! Both Marco, the owner and Mena, the lady who welcomed us were available for all our requests. The accommodation is very comfortable, family-friendly especially for those with small children like us. A tactical place to reach the nearest beaches that we visited during our stay, also based on the owner's advice (su giudeu, tuerredda, sant'efisio) We will consider a possible return and in the meantime we will remember this vacation with great pleasure!!!

My brother was getting married near by. I found this accommodation for my family. It felt homely. There was a great play area for my son and the beach was only a few minutes walk from Matteo’s Airbnb. Matteo was very helpful in many ways. He was very flexible. He did the check in with my brother and did the check out with my parents. We were 6 to sleep in the house. There was everything we need for a holiday by the sea. Thank you Matteo 🙏 We all had a wonderful time in Calaverde. This allowed all to gather as a family.

Manuella welcomed us very warmly. The accommodation was spotless and the setting beyond our expectations. The whole stay went very well and Manuella was able to answer any questions we had very quickly and very efficiently. Manuella really thought of everything when she created this place and the stay is more than pleasant. Everything is done to make your life easier and the quality of the hospitality is more than excellent. We will probably come back to see Manuella and enjoy her apartment and its setting. We recommend this host and their space 1000% ;)

Great stay, Fabrizio and Adrianna are very nice and very responsive. As for the accommodation, no complaints, excellent cleanliness, excellent bedding. There is everything you need for the stay, washing machine, dryer, very nice terrace. Regarding the location, for us it was very good for visiting all of Southern Sardinia Honestly, everything is perfect. Thank you again 🙏🏼

We spent two nights at Roberto's place and it was incredible. Clean, tidy, and very nice. Equipped with all the comforts and in a great location in the center of the city. I will definitely recommend it and would be happy to go back to it myself with my wife. Nothing was missing, in fact he also made us find a bottle of wine that we did not consume just because we were teething, but it is a gesture that we really appreciated.

The property is in a very nice and quiet location with sea views. The house is very well equipped and ideal for family with children. Matteo was very kind and very eager from the beginning and otherwise easily accessible. He gave us all the important information around the house on the right. Matteo also gave us many tips about different beaches, sights, restaurants, etc... Everything is clean and well organized. We are very excited and can recommend Matteo as a host and his house as a place to stay!

The property is located in a quiet, gated estate with its own private parking space. Being a family of three, we had plenty of space, as the house can comfortably accommodate two families. The layout is practical and comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The house was also very clean. The house has a large terrace overlooking a bird sanctuary and a lagoon. We saw pink flamingos a few times. The neighborhood has a bakery, a pizzeria, and a small shopping complex. We had a very good time here.

From the beginning since booking, Valeria has communicated very quickly, kindly and in detail. We were even allowed to send a few things to her in advance that we needed on site. She always responded at short notice and gave tips and helped. The house is really nice and has everything you need. The area is a quiet resident area. The balcony has sea views. The garden and pool are simply a dream. The children could play there and cool off in the pool. We almost only used the outdoor shower. The terrace was our main place to stay. It's a few minutes to walk to the beach and within a 30-minute drive you can get to the beautiful beaches of Chia. To the marina the small harbor with bar, pharmacy and pizzeria, you can easily walk there, there is also a small outdated playground. Shopping and many restaurants can be reached in Pula within a few minutes drive. Thanks Valeria, we will be back.

Very friendly and caring host. Only 5 mins walk to a small but beautiful beach with crystal clear water and beautiful sunsets. In the description it said no wifi, TV or washing machine but actually you have them all. We spent a beautiful and unforgetable week there. Thank you, Luca! :) Highly recommend.
