Living area with double sofa, dining area, separate modern and equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms (two with external entrance from the private patio), two bathrooms with large showers, outdoor shower, patios with conversation areas, loggia with dining area. Air conditioning. The Villa is in the prestigious residential area "Collinetta di Capo Boi" guarded by a caretaker. The beach is very close, 150 m.

Our house is a recently built, 70 sqm, elegant apartment, bright and with attention to the smallest details, located on the first floor in a very quiet, prestigious condominium in a non-trafficked and non-noisy area with ample free parking. In a few minutes' walk you can comfortably reach the center of the village and all the amenities without having to use the car.
