Family-friendly vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Cagliari

The living room was fantastic. Very nice apartment, clean and fresh. In a few minutes by scooter or car you can reach beautiful beaches. Very precious Cristina who was always very helpful and made us feel at home and pampered from start to finish, she gave us great advice and really went above and beyond, fulfilling all our requests with kindness and cordiality. You can go with your eyes closed!

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuela’s apartment and everything was perfect. Very proactive communication and guidance on things to do and places to eat. The views from the terrace were incredible and the light and spacious apartment made us feel very relaxed and happy. We would definitely love to stay again. 😊

GREAT APARTMENT TO FEEL GOOD superbly furnished. Coffee, chips, juices and water already provided at the reception Kitchen even equipped with spices, pasta, vinegar, oil, etc., plenty of dishes and utensils very clean, beautiful view to the sea, quiet location great and easy communication with Taty, always available and always with tips and recommendations to help absolute recommendation!!!

We had a great stay at Vittorio’s place. The house is very spacious and the garden is very nice. Internet connection was good.

The apartment was perfect. Lots of good resturants and cafes next to the apartment. Close to Cagliari centre, marina, bus stops and train station, but really quiet at the same time. Apartment was very clean and larger than we expected. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Really good communication with the host, with lots of local recommendations. Definitely recommend for your stay in Cagliari! :)

Walter is a very helpful and kind person, I stayed two nights with my wife and daughter and we had a great time, the area is quiet, the beach and the area are very nice, unfortunately in December everything is closed regarding restaurants and pizzerias

Very nice house, two blocks from the beach. All rooms lead to terraces. The bus right on the beach runs to the city every 20 minutes. Heating in all rooms, we were there in April, so that's good. Good amenities, everything is there. Some old pans could be replaced. Supermarket within walking distance. A couple of nice chairs in the garden would be great. And many thanks to Daniela for the great support during check-in and check-out and the many tips.

We felt at home at Elisabetta's. She is a great host and personally guided us through the apartment at check-in and immediately gave us many tips for exploring the area. The apartment is fully equipped - in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, everything you need is available. Directly opposite the apartment is a supermarket - very convenient. In 20 minutes' walk you can reach the historic city center of Cagliari. By car you can visit the beaches of the area. We had a great stay at Elisabetta's and highly recommend the place.

It was a wonderful stay at Anna's house. We were welcomed generously and kindly. It was a real pleasure to hear your stories. The house is a small paradise with an incredible view from the balcony and a very special soul. The apartment is perfectly located between the center, restaurants, the old town but is in a very quiet area. Thank you Anna.

We had a great time at Daniel's apartment. The apartment is located right on the beach with a beautiful view of the sea. Everything was clean and Daniele was very friendly and helpful. With two children, we had everything we needed for a nice vacation. We particularly liked the outdoor kitchen and the beautiful private beach with SUPs. We will be happy to come back!

This apparent is well located to beach or town, has everything you could need and the host was very welcoming and gave us lots of advice regarding local places to eat/ see. It’s next to a busy road that stayed busy thought the night so not particularly quiet in the room on the front of the building and there was building work in the buildings surrounding so it’s not the most peaceful bit you are in the middle of a city so to be expected.

The apartment is very well located in a nice area with a superb glacier (Peter Pan) and a very convenient supermarket. Lots of restaurants that are much better than in the tourist area! Sandra is very nice and hosted us very well!

Davide was a great host, he was really helpful and was quick to respond to our questions. He gave us loads of good advice before we arrived at the villa. We arrived late at night and we had asked if it would be possible for Davide to buy us some food bits as all supermarkets were shut, he obliged and it was a great help for us. The villa is beautiful, the view is stunning and it feels homely. A car is required if you wish to explore the beaches. The villa is positioned only 30 minutes from Cagliari airport and 30 minutes from Villasimius which was ideal for us. The area is very peaceful, surrounded by pine trees and respectful quiet neighbours.

Hands down the best air b&b we’ve ever stayed at! The property is absolutely stunning and our hosts were so incredibly friendly and helpful. We didn’t ever want to leave!!! The gardens, the pool and views were just so extremely beautiful! Felt like we found a little piece of heaven. The onsite restaurant was also delicious and just so magical at night. Don’t hesitate to book this stay!

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away and some pizzerias and bars about a 10-minute walk away. The pool is really very large, the door to the sea is fantastic and the sea is great for a refreshing dip or snorkeling. The accommodation is very comfortable, and there is a large living room from which you can see the sea. Anna Rita and Riccardo were great hosts always available for any request or information.

We had a great time at Aldo's place. The house is great and offers everything you need. The pool at the front door is a real eye-catcher. We enjoyed it very much! Thanks for the hospitality :-)

The house was extremely clean, refreshing and there were treats, food and drinks ready for us. We are thrilled! 😍 This house lacked nothing. Everything was thought out. Restaurants, shopping and beaches are in the immediate vicinity. Elisabetta is very warm, loving and helpful. Much more than a super host! ❤️🫶 We enjoyed the time in Sardinia very much. We loved our vacation at Constanza and Mauro's property. The house and pool are very well maintained and everything is pleasantly clean. We were able to sleep super well, because it is very quiet in the residential area; the air conditioning was also a blessing in the warm temperatures. We had great playground equipment on site, such as a pool volleyball game and a table tennis table, which was a lot of fun. Near the house there are beautiful sandy beaches, and we enjoyed the nights in Cagliari as a family very much and had wonderful food, e.g. in the Aquarium - a great pizzeria, restaurant and bar under palm trees. We got great excursion tips from Constanza, so it was very varied and relaxing for us at the same time. Thank you so much for our great family vacation. We'd love to come back and recommend your place with all our heart.

Lovely and responsive host. Place is spacious and clean. Practical in decoration, not fancy but nice environment.

Impeccable villa in a splendid setting, swimming pool with sea views. The house was identical to the photos. I recommend it.
