Federica’s apartment is fantastic and looks even better than in the photos! It’s uniquely located on a rooftop along Via Roma, with a spacious balcony and beautiful views of the port. Despite being in the city center, it’s very private and quiet — you don’t hear the neighbors. It’s perfect for couples. Federica is a wonderful host who made sure everything we needed was there: a modern washing machine, iron, portable induction cooktop, dishes, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, drying rack, fire extinguisher, trash bags, and more.

A great house right near the beach. Excellent facilities and what wasn't in the house, you'd never need! So well stocked with appliances, supplies. Rezearta made lots of recommendations and was quick to respond to any queries.

This is our second experience in Pierpaolo's accommodation and once again we were not disappointed. It met the expectations of a clean, tidy, welcoming home, with a strategic and optimal location for getting around. He proved willing to meet us for some requests we made, responding actively and precisely. The apartment is suitable for those with pets. We'll definitely be back for the umpteenth time. The place was great. Very well cut, everything you need and very clean. The highlight is the large terrace with the magnificent view. It is close to everything you need for a nice holiday (beaches, supermarkets, city, restaurants). Also, Davide was a very great help for us. We would book the accommodation again.

We were welcomed by Rossella's parents, very friendly and helpful. The cottage with ground floor and loft sleeping area is equipped with everything you need, clean and comfortable with 2 outdoor areas: the patio where you can eat and relax after a day at the beach and a small garden with lawn and barbecue. The parking lot in front of the entrance gate is very convenient. The area is ideal for visiting all the beautiful beaches of Villasimius and its surroundings. The village with supermarkets is a 5-minute drive away. Rossella was very helpful in solving a small problem with the wifi. Thanks to Rossella and her nice parents, if we return to the area we will definitely book here again!
