Very nice apartment: very clean and extremely well equipped. All bathrooms staff provided, all kitchen staff available, wash machine, very practically designed with shelves and clothes hangers in the bathroom, bedroom, entrance. Walking distance from Bados beach which is very nice with 2 nieces terraces with very nice food & drinks if we want to eat on the beach lunch or just have a drink. The choice of bed linens and bathrooms linens: white : you see it’s clean! The shower great pressure and draining well. Lights and mirrors everywhere in the house, one of the most well equipped and practically designed Airbnb I have every done. And I think we have done at least 15 or 20 Airbnb’s in the past 10 years in at least 7-8-9 countries. Thank you for such a beautiful stay ! In case you want to go to Olbia or move around on the island , a car is needed. The apartment is 10km away from Olbia airport.

The apartment is very nice, located in a good location, parking space not reserved but easy parking just outside the gate, ventilated area, we only turned on the air conditioner for 1 hour. Since everything was perfect, we tried to reciprocate by leaving the premises clean as we found them (except for the separate collection that the host kindly brought to the municipal collection point when we left.

A spacious home with every amenity I could ask for. A very comfortable stay.

We had a divine time in a quiet area, complete with a fenced garden useful for children's play; independent entrance to the apartment with outdoor table and deck chairs and ample space without prying eyes: you can safely go out in your underwear that no one nearby can see... car parking in front of the entrance. Beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Freeway attached to the house. Tranquility reigns in the evening, with a deep darkness devoid of public and private lighting, with a starry sky.

The apartment is very comfortable, with everything you need to stay. Beautiful beach a 5-minute walk, very peaceful and quiet place, ideal for relaxing. Recommended

Very nice apartment with a large veranda overlooking a bay. Pleasant holiday settlement. Everything worked. Unclean service charge and price for bedding.

Great place for a long weekend or week. Close to beach. Dramatic hiking. Both walkable. Good restaurants but need a car for that. Comfortable beds. Everything worked. I e were there off season. It may be busier in summer.

Communication with Sergio was always very quick and very friendly. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. New and lovingly decorated. We loved the fish design everywhere! Bedroom / children's room and bathroom are relatively small. Kitchen brand new and well equipped. The outdoor shower is great, we never showered inside 😃 The garden is spacious and the various seating options on the terrace in front of and behind the house are great. I stayed one night in this super cozy little house, as I was in transit for a business trip. I chose it mainly for the possibility of having a private parking space, a very important detail for my travel. I was welcomed in an excellent way right away: I was provided with all the useful information to spend the night at its best. The house is very welcoming and the cleanliness is impeccable. One thing that particularly struck me, making me feel really "at home," was the Easter decoration: simple, pretty and with attention to detail. Nice place to stay, in 2 minutes you will be on the beach. My absolute highlight: the incredibly warm ones. People there and Lu. Great communication! We had a baby with us and were allowed in earlier than agreed. Thanks for everything! ♥️

We had a few nights in this beautiful small home. Perfect for a couple, very close to Palau and the coast. Some gorgeous beaches nearby and towns with supermarkets and cafes within a short drive. The home is very private and separated from the road and other properties, it’s beautifully designed, very modern and clean. It’s like a perfect desert retreat. The kitchen is a great size, and the bathroom is gorgeous. Nicky welcomed us, and showed us around, he was very helpful and we were so relaxed there. We could have stayed longer. Speedy WiFi and amazing air con. Thanks Nicky!

A really nice house with everything you need for a great holiday, very well equipped kitchen. The best is the outdoor area which has such a beautiful view and the nice spa. Lise-Lotte was always responsive and took good care of us. There are many wild boars in the area, but they did not do any harm, our 4year old son found them very interesting.

We had a great stay at Christina's place. She is very friendly and helps with all questions within a very short time. The location is fantastic to explore Cagliari. Definitely recommended.

Great location, good amenities, up to and including Alexa. Franco personally welcomed us and showed us everything and responded immediately if something was wrong. The bathroom still needs some optimization, which is why they wanted to take care of it. Inside the house it was quite quiet and we felt comfortable and safe! Can recommend the apartment 100%!

Staying with Cristina and Paolo was a wonderful experience. They were very nice people and helpful. The clean and tidy apartment has everything you need for a family of 4. Super spacious kitchen and living area with everything you need for cooking. Also use private off-street parking if needed. Within walking distance is a small beach and shops, as well as restaurant, pharmacy, MD supermarket and etc. If they drive a little further, they have the most beautiful beaches with turquoise waters. I can only recommend another stay with Cristina and Paolo.

We had a wholesome start of our vacations. The stay at Elias AirBnb was top notch. We especially enjoyed the playful dogs and cats. Elisa was always supportive and great communication. We can recommend it to pet lovers and families.

Beautiful accommodation by the sea. My friend and I spent a week in this amazing house right by the sea. Perfect place for relaxing with the sound of the sea and the view of the sunset from the beautiful terrace! Stunning view! Tennis players may enjoy the private tennis court by the sea. The house is equipped with everything, clean and feels like home. Shops close by car from 5 to 10 minutes. In 10meter you are in the water! Daniel is a really nice guy and very easy to communicate with. Also, he cared a lot about us, and he shared his knowledge about this area with pleasure. The house is close to beautiful old towns like Alghero or Castelsardo (30 min. by car) and the city of Sassari, as well as great beaches. We will recommend this place and would come again.

We stayed in the house last week and had a very nice week. It is a nice house, with a lovely swimming pool that you share with one other cottage. Pietro and Tania are extremely welcoming! We felt completely at home there. We would definitely want to come back here! Thank you Pietro and Tania!
