My place is 5 meters from the beach, the garden gate opens directly to the sea. In the garden there is a beach with deck chairs and umbrellas, barbecue, shower, beautiful panoramic views. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups and pets. It is super equipped, all comforts, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven. COD IUN P3154. For the Security Decree, each guest must present an ID upon arrival.

We spent 1 week at Villa Layla with 5 adults, one toddler and one baby. Federico was a great host, responded quickly, also helped with other requests and a special situation great and responded quickly. Thank you ! His staff Elia was super friendly and helpful and even spoke German. Thanks, too, at this point ! The house is as described - great pool, plenty of bathroom for all bedrooms and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped - only flaws were missing pot holders and maybe 1-2 more dish towels. But these are small things. We felt very comfortable. The location of the house is very quiet - you definitely need a car, for shopping etc. Many beautiful beaches nearby :)

A very large terrace In an environment in the countryside, with fruit trees in the garden, we were able to enjoy it 10 mins to shops, beaches and restaurants We thank the owners and Carlo who was always there to answer all our practical and tourist questions. It was a wonderful stay in a very nice, clean, cozy and well equipped, two-story apartment. We enjoyed the quiet evenings on the terrace with the small palm tree. From the 2nd floor you have a beautiful view of the sea. A private parking space is right behind the apartment. San Teodoro and Spiaggia La Cinta as well as the nearest supermarket are just 6 minutes away by car. Pamela and Karim, thank you! They were super helpful hosts, and we would love to come back❤️

We had a lovely time at Dario's place - it is in a very rural quiet spot. The house had all the amenities you would need and having a private pool is a great addition. The clean and simple aesthetic made for a very relaxing stay. We would definitely recommend Dario's restaurant too!

Due to a flight shift we arrived very late, but Mario and his wife Patricia were kind, understanding and accommodating. Even a bottle of red wine and water were at the table to welcome you! The location of the apartment is excellently located - so to speak "in the middle of life", but without the hustle and bustle. The wonderful beach of Costa Rei is 5 minutes walking distance and is really fabulous. In the one-and-a-half-room apartment with bunk bed for two children, you feel extremely comfortable as a couple - with or without children. The apartment is comfortable and simple, the kitchen functional without frills, the bathroom is clean and free of mold. Only a corkscrew for the welcome wine is missing in the amenities... The terrace area is also spacious and cozy with several seating options. Even a liquid birthday gift was given by the hosts. We'd love to come back and say thank you! :-)

we were very well received by Gigi upon arrival. This small cottage in a quiet area is conveniently located for the beautiful beach of the pelosa a 5-minute walk away. Comfortable, well-equipped you can also enjoy a beautiful outdoor space. Gigi responded to any questions we had and was very responsive and available. we recommend it without a problem.
