Wir haben mit 5 Erwachsenen, einem Kleinkind und einem Baby 1 Woche in der Villa Layla verbracht. Federico war ein toller Host, antwortete schnell, hat auch auf weitere Anfragen und eine besondere Situation toll geholfen und schnell reagiert. Vielen Dank dafür ! Sein Mitarbeiter Elia war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und sprach sogar Deutsch. Vielen Dank auch an dieser Stelle ! Das Haus ist wie beschrieben - toller Pool, ausreichend Badezimmer für alle Schlafzimmer und sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet - einziges Makel waren fehlende Topflappen und vielleicht 1-2 Geschirrtücher mehr. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig gelegen - man braucht in jedem Fall ein Auto, zum Einkaufen etc. Viele schöne Strände in der Nähe :)

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans une villa, ou tout est prévu pour passer de bonnes vacances. Logement très bien équipé. Beaucoup d'ustensiles dans la cuisine. Une très grande terrasse Dans un environnement à la campagne, avec des arbres fruitiers dans le jardin, nous avons pu en profiter A 10 minutes des magasins, plages et restaurants Nous remercions les propriétaires et carlo qui a toujours étaient là pour répondre à toutes nos questions pratiques et touristiques. Logement que nous recommandons fortement +++

Sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft, etwas weniger hell als auf den Fotos. Gute Lage, auch das Parkieren war kein Problem. Schlussendlich passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis doch nicht ganz, etwas zu teuer für das was es im Endeffekt ist. Matteo war freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants etc. gegeben.

Wow, what a stay! Beautiful sunsets, relaxing setting, short walk to the beach. And the host was absolutely amazing! She was there to welcome us and was super responsive throughout our stay. A 10/10 experience! We highly recommend and will be back ourselves 🙂

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen, sauberen, gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten, zweistöckigen Appartement. Die ruhigen Abende auf der Terrasse mit der kleinen Palme haben wir sehr genossen. Vom 2. Stock hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Ein eigener Parkplatz ist direkt hinter dem Appartement. San Teodoro und Spiaggia La Cinta sowie der nächste Supermarkt sind nur 6 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Pamela und Karim, vielen Dank! Sie waren super hilfsbereite Gastgebern, und wir würden gerne wiederkommen❤️

We had a lovely time at Dario's place - it is in a very rural quiet spot. The house had all the amenities you would need and having a private pool is a great addition. The clean and simple aesthetic made for a very relaxing stay. We would definitely recommend Dario's restaurant too!

Superbe appartement dans des couleurs estivales bleu et blanche, esprit grec. Tout était neuf et impeccable : bonne literie, cuisine équipée (manqué peut être une pile plus grande et des saladiers), salle de bains agréable avec produits de douche. Les machines à laver accessibles gratuitement sont un vrai plus. Mention spéciale pour le jacuzzi qui nous a permis de nous baigner alors qu’il faisait trop froid pour profiter de la piscine. Le jardin est aussi très agréable avec un espace de jeux pour les enfants.

Aufgrund einer Flugverschiebung kamen wir sehr spät an, doch Mario und seine Frau Patricia waren freundlich, verständnisvoll und zuvorkommend. Sogar eine Flasche Rotwein und Wasser standen zur Begrüßung auf dem Tisch! Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend gelegen - sozusagen "mitten im Leben", doch ohne pöbelhaften Trubel. Der wunderbare Strand von Costa Rei ist in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar und ist wirklich fabelhaft. In der Eineinhalbzimmerwohnung mit Stockbett für zwei Kinder fühlt man sich als Paar äußerst wohl - mit oder ohne Kinder. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und schlicht, die Küche funktional ohne Schnickschnack, das Bad sauber und frei von Schimmel. Lediglich ein Korkenzieher für den Begrüßungswein fehlt in der Ausstattung... Auch der Terrassenbereich ist geräumig und gemütlich mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten gestaltet. Sogar ein flüssiges Geburtstagsgeschenk gab es durch die Gastgeber. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und sagen Dankeschön! :-)
