The living area is on two levels, ground floor: entrance hall with lounge area, max TV and reading area with library that sees a window facing the sea, mezzanine floor: has the dining area, a telescope with two large mirrored windows that overlook one side of the garden facing the sea and the other to the spa area with tropical garden and nymphaeum with fish, the same floor we have a large independent kitchen with a window facing the sea and opening to the garden area outside and various aromas.
