Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Sardinia

The beautiful, spacious apartment is one of four and has many private outdoor seating options and a well-maintained, shared pool. With our two small children, we spent wonderful 8 days here and enjoyed the pool very much for us, as none of the other apartments were occupied. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartment is sparkling clean. The beds were rather hard for our taste. Great for us were the mosquito nets on all windows and the shutters to darken the rooms completely. Even though we didn't meet Rita in person, she was a wonderful hostess. Always available and made sure we had everything. We would highly recommend this place to families, couples, friends and many more and thank the hosts warmly for everything.

Very pleasant stay in October. The beach and sea are super nice and easily accessible with a short walk. The house is well equipped, e.g. also with umbrellas for the beach. The hot tub is a highlight! Matteo was very nice and communication with him is easy and quick. Thank you very much.

This is simply the best Air BNB we have ever stayed at, we have travelled to many countries and the hospitality showed to us was amazing, Great local recommendations to sights close by, beautiful accomodation, local delicacies for us to try, all of this was above an beyond our expectations. The house is so clean, and beautifully decorated, there were lovely spaces inside and out to enjoy in the garden areas. We want to come back here and stay again and wish we were staying longer. If you are considering a stay around the Pula area, stay here!!!

The place and the garden are truly special! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. Only small drawback: the warm water took a while and unfortunately did not get really hot (“refreshing” shower). Otherwise, really a clear recommendation and wonderful Airbnb experience with very warm attentions to the reception. We will be happy to come back!

It's hard to find new words to describe the wonderful stay! Piera is a perfect host, authentically thoughtful, present but reserved. He made us two delicious cakes and provided us with other sweets! Very useful directions to live the place well. The house, perfect in every detail, has a lush private garden, a solarium and direct access to the beach. The village is very quiet and close to interesting beaches and important places of archaeological interest. One tip : if you want to cook in the well-equipped Piera kitchen, shop in Riola or another big country. In S. Caterina, there is little about it

This place is no ordinary place – it is a little paradise that immediately feels like home. The lovingly designed garden invites you to relax and lets you instantly forget everyday life. It's a place of peace and security where you just arrive. But what really makes this place special are Giovanni's parents, Francesca and Benjamino. They not only take great care of the property, but also treat their guests with genuine warmth. When our daughter suddenly got a high fever, they called a doctor without hesitation and then accompanied us to the hospital. They stayed by our side the whole time – with a matter-of-factness that deeply touched us. This place and these people are a gift – and they deserve the best rating you can give.

A great place for people who value peace, quiet, and independence. The place had everything you needed to spend your vacation, and more. I could use the beach mats, used the sun loungers in front of the house. Everything is clean and scented in the home. The neighborhood is also nice, a small town where I ate delicious Italian breakfast every day, all good and surprisingly cheap ( pizza from 5 euros). Beautiful beaches in the area up to 20 minutes, I was on a different every day. Highly recommend for car travelers. Thank you for staying in the north of the island 👋

Very comfortable and clean accommodation just as listed. A 5 minute walk to the town and quick drive or bike ride to different beaches. Beautifully landscaped garden which is lovely to have when using the hot tub. The windows/doors are fitted with mosquito nets which was very helpful to minimise the insects getting in. Enrico was very kind, helpful and responsive and made sure we had what we needed as we were travelling with a toddler. Definitely recommend!!

We had some wonderful days at the house that offered great spaces, billiards and ping pong tables as well as in a very good location close to amazing beaches. The host replied very quickly and the communication was quick and easy with local tips. Highly recommend the property.

I stayed at this wonderful villa in Stintino and the experience was unforgettable. The villa is spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort you need for a perfect vacation. The pool is incredibly clean and well cared for, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location is ideal: immersed in tranquility, but still close to the beautiful beaches and amenities of Stintino. I found everything I needed inside the villa, from the fully equipped kitchen to the details such as quality towels and sheets. The garden that surrounds the property is ideal for spending moments of relaxation outdoors, enjoying nature and privacy. I recommend this villa to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation in one of the most beautiful places in Sardinia. I'll definitely be back!!

Mario and Maria were amazing and welcoming with nothing being an issue for them. The villa was spotless, the grounds were idyllic with lots of different seating areas to allow you to chill out. All the bedrooms were well appointed and the views from the master bedroom were stunning. We were there whilst the oleander was in flower and it was beautiful as there were many different colours. The pool was brilliant and we used it every day except for 1 day following a dust storm from the Sahara and Mario worked really hard to get it back on line for us by the next morning, it didn't effect us as we were out but proves the care Mario went to to cater to our needs. The outside eating area and kitchen were great and we ate there almost every night. Mario and Maria live on the property in the basement but unless you want to see them, they are very discreet. You are a little out in the sticks so will need a car to get around unless you are just planning a villa holiday. Hope to return one day.

We stayed for one week with our two kids at Villa Boeddu and really liked it. The location is picturesque, and the house has everything you need. Playgrounds, grocery shopping, and restaurants are just a short drive away. The private zoo was a lovely addition — the kids got very attached to the animals. Thank you, Enrico and Giulio, for your hospitality! We will come back :)

A great house right near the beach. Excellent facilities and what wasn't in the house, you'd never need! So well stocked with appliances, supplies. Rezearta made lots of recommendations and was quick to respond to any queries.

There aren't enough words to fully describe how beautiful this property and its location are! My husband and I stayed for 5 days at the beginning of October, so the local beach bar and pizzeria were closed and the gated community was very quiet, but we loved the peace and stunning surroundings. The house itself is beautiful and has everything you need to feel right at home. The garden and roof terrace are fabulous and we loved the hot tub for early morning and late night dips! The kitchen is very well equipped and everything is super clean. It's clearly been recently redecorated and has been done beautifully. You do need a car if you want to visit other places or eat out (especially out of season) and there are wonderful beaches within a short drive, as well as the one right next to the house! But with the parking space, having a car is no issue. Marguerite met us to hand over the keys and show us around. She's so lovely and friendly, and super helpful. 100% recommend this house!

We had a great stay at Vittorio’s place. The house is very spacious and the garden is very nice. Internet connection was good.
