In the house you will find two kayaks, 4 seats by the sea with beach beds, a chest with masks, fins and games, umbrellas, beach towels and a portable cooler for your beach days. There is also the possibility of organizing daily trips with a sailboat.

The villa is a Mediterranean style home on two levels, plus a separate building with a double bedroom and private bathroom. On the terrace there are a chill area and a dining area with typical stone barbecue, from there you can enjoy the view of the blue sea under the shade of pine trees. There is also a roofed beach terrace (directly on the beach), where you can relax under the shade, watch the beach and the sea, meditate, workout, or just enjoy a glass of wine

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
