Nice, peaceful place in very short walking distance to the beach. Apartment was just as advertised and our host were very welcoming and helpful! Very nice and recommendable stay

I travel very often and I can say it was one my best experience. I came with 2 friends mainly to work so we stayed a lot at the apartment and it was very pleasant. It's very spacious, it's clean, and very convenient, there is everything you need. And if you want to go to the beach or clubs it's not far or by feet like 35 min or by car, like 10 min. You won't find an apartment like this in the center of Cagliari. And concerning the host she was absolutely perfect, very nice, very kind, if you have any question or need you can ask her without any problem. If one day I come back I will take this spacious airbnb even if I come alone :)

Great location set in a beautiful, well maintained garden with Pool (which is still closed at the moment before the season). 10min drive to Iglesias city centre and supermarkets, 25min to Nebida. Be sure to visit the impressive Grotte di S. Giovanni, 10min from the accommodation! We loved the archways around the house, which have some nice shade in the warm days.

Very clean accommodation, matches the photos. Well-equipped. Clean and comfortable bedding. Quiet accommodation. Appreciable air conditioning. We were hosted by Carolina, she was always responsive and accommodating to our requests. Only very small downside, during our stay we did not have access to wifi because of a box problem but it did not have a real impact on our stay. Otherwise everything was very good, I recommend it! Thank you very much Carolina 🙂

Cristina's house and garden are very well maintained. The dogs are very well behaved and have made the children happy. There are lovely beaches nearby. Best to have a car to make it easier to get around the beach.

The place is calm and cosy. Marco is a great host and didn’t hesitate to recommend great plans during our stay. He’s proactive and made us feel at home. Totally recommend

We had a perfect vacation in Marco's house. Everything matched the descriptions and photos in the listing. The house is situated in a beautiful garden with outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with Weber grill and separate laundry room. The kitchen is superbly equipped, the mattresses in the bed very comfortable! We were able to have all meals on the beautiful, quiet terrace. Very good starting point for excursions to the south of Sardinia! The beautiful beach can be reached within 1 minute and allows long walks on the beach. Marco is a very accommodating, helpful host who always responded within a few minutes. We will be happy to come back !!

We've had a lot of luxury vacations. This was a highlight. The place offered heavenly peace, it was like living in a painting when you stepped onto the terrace in the morning and enjoyed the view. Contrary to our plans, we visited almost nothing of the island because we could not get enough of our vacation home. SHS, especially Marco, was a very warm, helpful, motivated and guest-oriented host, whose personal contact made us feel very protected. We look forward to coming back!

We stayed in Simone's accommodation for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It was very idyllic and quiet. It was exactly what we wanted. In the meantime, there are new floors and an additional wooden terrace that are not yet visible in the photos. Get ready to be surprised. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and it was quite cold at times. Fortunately, you could heat with the air conditioners ;) We also used the fireplace and had it cozy and warm in the living room. Despite the rain, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility thanks to the covered terrace. I thought it was really great :) Simone was a very nice and reliable host. He is always available and gave many tips. Unfortunately, not every restaurant was open. Nevertheless, you can eat well in Pula. I asked him where you can see flamingos well and we were lucky with his tip it was wonderful. Su Gideu Beach, you have to see that. If you're lucky, there are flamingos there. Thanks for everything:)

Our stay at Villa Azurella was beautiful! The beach access to the quasi-private sea was great, the outdoor shower was the hit and in great weather you don't actually have to leave the accommodation. If you're looking for a quiet beach vacation, this is the place to be. Everything important was still easily and quickly accessible. Thank you for everything, we had a great time!

We stayed in Federico's house for four weeks, from mid-October until mid-November. We felt very comfortable right from the beginning in the lovingly furnished house. We enjoyed the beautiful garden every morning for a hearty breakfast. In particular, we would like to mention Federico's generosity and trust in us. Upon our arrival, he greeted us, showed us the house and garden, presented us with a great gift basket with Sardinian specialties and explained the important functions in the house. We've been to a lot of Airbnb houses and apartments, but we've never found so many private art pieces and pictures. It was very generous that we were allowed to charge our electric car free of charge at the wallbox in the garden with the solar power produced on site. Federico was always immediately available and solved any small problems that arose immediately or explained to us what to do. We highly recommend Federico's house.

Carlo and his family were very nice hosts. They live just below the appartment which is more a pluspoint (asking questions etc). The appartment is in very good condition. The beach is a max 10 min walk (with kids) and its a beautiful sand beach. The swimming pool was also often used by the kids. We could also drive with the car to various beaches, an adventure park is close by and at night we stroll around in Pula which is a 15min drive. Thank you for your hospitality.

Very modern and clean apartment with all the necessary amenities. The best shower I've ever used in Southern Europe! 😁

Great accommodation, great place, very welcoming hosts! Audrey offers a very very cute, clean apartment in a quiet area. There is also an umbrella, beach chairs and even games for children! A small welcome gift was waiting for us when we arrived! Audrey and her husband are very kind, we had a small problem with ants (known problem on the island, it is in no way the fault of the hosts!!!), but Audrey and her husband did everything to make us feel good! They even moved around the apartment to try to find a solution to get rid of the ants…. We recommend this listing (also for a small family it's really really great)!

Staying here was lovely and felt like home. The whole place makes you feel at peace and the decoration and details were so beautiful that we wanted to stay longer. The hosts were super attentive and explained everything in detail beforehand. We even had a stressful situation on the last day because we forgot our wallet and home keys in the apartment but Alessio took the time of recovering them and sent us everything directly to our address. This is very important to highlight as you don't usually find people so helpful so THANK YOU SO MUCH. We'll certainly come back :)

Wonderful stay, really beautiful surroundings, a block from a beautiful beach. Hosts were so sweet and accommodating, they left us a plate of cookies and a bottle of homemade sardinian apertif. Great place if you are looking for privacy. Thank you!
