Vacation rentals with breakfast in Villasimius

I recommend it 100%. We had a great stay. Very welcoming and responsive hosts. Very clean house, air-conditioned, tastefully decorated. Very nice garden with dining table, garden furniture, hammock. The best for kids: games in the garden, foosball, board games and even nintendo!! We felt right at home. 😁 Lots of small touches for breakfast, lunch, our son, etc. Quiet area, close to all amenities by car.

The house was extremely clean, refreshing and there were treats, food and drinks ready for us. We are thrilled! 😍 This house lacked nothing. Everything was thought out. Restaurants, shopping and beaches are in the immediate vicinity. Elisabetta is very warm, loving and helpful. Much more than a super host! ❤️🫶 We enjoyed the time in Sardinia very much. Lory and Max welcome you with a smile! The apartment is pretty and very clean. You'll have the necessary dishes and more. The air conditioning works and is not too noisy. The pool and the outside are really pretty and well appointed. Your hosts know how to be discreet despite the proximity. They are full of small touches for us. Upon your arrival the fridge will already be stocked as well as the cupboards (milk, cereals, rusks, yogurts, fruit, cheese, jams, cold meats, water, coffee...........) The small downsides: a rooster in the garden right next door who sings night and day (we ended up getting used to it) and the lack of a blackout curtain.

We were lucky to rent a house from Rosi and Giorgio during a month. It is very well-organized and comfortable, you get used to it very fast, and it was very sad for us to leave in the end) It is a very good choice for staying with family or in a group of friends. The position of the house is very good: bus stop and supermarket are less than 15 minutes away on foot, and there are also restaurants in the same area. And swimming pool was very nice too! Even though we usually went to the sea, we refreshed in the pool with great pleasure, especially on very hot days) The beach is located in about 30 minutes of relaxed walk, and it was really nice to go for swimming early in the morning before a busy day. And the last but not the least: the hosts! Rosi and Giorgio, thanks a lot for your kindness, hospitality and constant readiness to help with all our questions, you are the best! Hope to return soon)

I must thank Jenni and Marco once again for their courtesy, availability and kindness that made us feel completely at home. The property is in a strategic location, close to wonderful coastal stretches and at the same time secluded, to enjoy the splendid silences that Sardinia can offer. We have no hesitation in recommending the host and home. The only problem for us is that the vacation ended so quickly. But we'll be back!

A last minute autumn vacation. We decided to spend these autumn vacation days surrounded by greenery and close to the sea. Among the many options we chose Francesca's house because it reflected our needs. The house was very clean and cared for in every detail, and inside everything you need to spend a beautiful holiday. We found the peace and quiet we were looking for. Francesca was very kind and super helpful Highly recommended. Villasimius in the fall is even better!

We feel very good at Fabrizio and Claudia's home. Fabrizio has provided us with all the information we need to make sure our check-in goes smoothly. When we arrived we found food and drinks as a welcome gift, that's lovely, thank you! Then the house was really clean and there is everything you need: towels, shower gel, paper towels, salt, pepper, coffee, dish soap, umbrella, dryer, laundry clips... The bathroom inside is small, it's true, but the one on the terrace is covered and more spacious. The view of the hills is also very pretty. The Miticus pizzeria nearby is excellent (we have not tested the others) and the staff very kind. We had a great time in Solanas. Thank you so much for your availability too!

Outstanding place to explore the coast and forests. beautiful, well equipped apartment, very responsive, friendly and kind hosts, and a wonderful quiet place to enjoy coffee or wine on the terrace. We had some long, interesting conversations and many laughs with the hosts. This would be a fine place to return to on future visits.

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

At a time when key boxes are popping up on all Airbnb accommodation doors, Roberta is a rare find. He is an extremely friendly, warm person who is committed to welcoming his visitors and who has the desire to share with them and introduce them to his region. She was very flexible for our arrival and helped us in a number of ways. The apartment is impeccable, small but we stayed there as a group of 4 without problem although it is rather ideal for 2 people. The kitchenette is especially suitable for breakfast. The apartment is well located for exploring around Cagliari, easy parking nearby, very quiet building. Note for check-in, the apartment is located in Piazza Santa Greca and not in Via Santa Greca.

Great place, so much better than expected. Great for price but little bit far from beach. So clean and so much space. Very comfortable to sleep in!!

We were on a family holiday trip and the choice of the apartment offered by Patriza and Filippo turned out to be extremely happy. The place is ideal for families with children - walking 15 minutes from the beautiful beach and scenic hills, close to restaurants, supermarket and bus to the city. We are very grateful for the excellent furnishings of the apartment - everything was to have a nice time and sunbathing. When we arrived, Filippo greeted us at the entrance - very friendly and helpful. The hospitality was visible every step of the way - thank you for the great fitting of the fridge with fruit, drinks, and biscuits - it was very nice. We emphasize very good contact - Patrizia responded to every inquiry in a short time and helped when we had questions. Thank you also for your help on the last day - it was very beautiful when traveling with a 2-year-old toddler. Thank you very much. We recommend to everyone - Patrizia and Filippo are the best hosts in Cagliari.

Debora and her two cats were AMAZING hosts. Deborah is very responsive, friendly, was up and about in the morning for breakfast, making a great coffee and supplying me with great tips for activities, restaurants, places to get fuel and find flamingos! We even had special croissants for the Easter break. Yum! The room was as described, very clean, in the centre of town and right by all major attractions at a walkable distance. If coming by car, like myself, be mindful that parking can be tricky, with few spaces for locals even, and lots of signs and times when you can and cannot park or drive in the area. Parking is not easy to find and can be tricky, in tight spots or on hills. Be prepared to park a bit further away and walk a few minutes to your car/ pay for parking. Otherwise all brilliant! l LOVED the place and recommend it!

Gisella was a fantastic host, her place is warm and inviting. If you are looking for a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your surroundings this is it, it’s very unique with amazing plants and decorations!!!!! It was a pure joy🤗

Wonderful place. We had contact with Elisa throughout our stay, we did not meet Francesca. In the B&B there are 4 bedrooms, we stayed here with 8 people and thus used all the rooms and had the B&B to ourselves - this was great. The rooms are fully equipped & also with airco (amazing!). We rented a car so we could drive to Cagliari ourselves, the apartment is quite far away from the city center.

Maria is great. You are welcomed like family and leave feeling like Maria is family. Breakfast was fabulous. Maria takes pride in the design and character of each room, the quality of each meal and the beauty of the island her family has inhabited for generations. Would absolutely come back.
