Excellent apartment, good location, clean, super easy check-in and check-out, highly recommended. Just as shown in the photos. Everything was great.

Shirlei was a fantastic host. She was very communicative as soon as I had made a reservation, and provided all the information we needed for an enjoyable stay. We were given a very warm welcome, and her apartment was clean, bright, spacious and comfortable. The location was easily accessible and I would definitely go back again. Thank you so much!

My family and I had a wonderful time in this apartment. The views are as amazing as in the pictures, and the apartment is big and spacious, it's perfect for a bigger family. The host was vey friendly and helpful. I had a very late arrival, and the family waited for me. Also, throughout our stay, he responded fast to my questions, and helped us a lot. We stayed in extra season, so it was not crowded, which we enjoyed. We did have a problem with transportation, without a car it is difficult in extra season, because there are not many other options. But if the plan is to stay at the beach, the place is perfect, with a large beach and clear water.

It has been a fantastic week.The apartment for two adults and two girls is fine is small but cozy.The apartment is very nice beach a 1 minute restaurants food shops has it all around.and what to say from Antonio a sido Atento we explained everything very well and it is very good with the departure time. A 10 of host. No doubt we will be back .

Apartment true to the photos, super flirty and ideal tastefully decorated. Terrace overlooking the castle. Beach at the end of the street. The apartment was super clean and has all amenities. Iron, hairdryer, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. Wonderful. I felt right at home. I will definitely repeat!!😍

This apartment is amazing, with very classical and elegant decorated forms. It seems to have had luxurious and warm memories here. I especially enjoyed spending time in the house every morning and getting lost in the rainbow relections evrywhere. Truly a magical space it is. The host is friendly and enthusiastic, but it's a pity that I can't speak Spanish, so I have to rely on my friend to help communicating. Next time I will come back with a well prepared translation app. It would be more than perfect to have sufficient spare parts like the coffee machine or tea bags, small candles and dishwashing liquid...etc. Hope to have a chance to come back next time, I really like this apartment, and also the skyline of Valencia through the terraces of this beautiful building. Jérémie’s place was ideal for our group trip to Valencia. The house and the outdoor spaces are gorgeous and the pool is a great size. There is plenty of dining space and the kitchen is very well equipped, even for large groups. We didn’t hire a car which makes getting around and shopping a bit more difficult, but we found it easy to call taxis to take us to and from the city. Overall a great stay in a lovely home.

I very much enjoyed my stay with Tania and her very charming cat Teza. The room was cozy, quiet and private. The shared space was clean and well equipped. Tania is very kind and helpful and made me feel like part of the family. There are many great public transit options to get around if you don't want to walk. I would definitely recommend!

i recommend it it's a very well appointed house. we were hosted very well and a small gift upon arrival. cold drink, chips and cakes in small downside the parental bed was small for my husband otherwise everything was perfect no opposite, quiet in the pool we'll keep the address for our next vacation 🥰

Cozy place, just what was advertised. The room is clean and comfortable

The room was clean and had everything I needed (towels, etc.). Axya always kept the room very clean, including the bathroom and kitchen. Axya was very friendly and recommended places to eat, go out, etc. The Cabanyal neighborhood itself is very close to the beach (less than a 10-minute walk) and there are multiple bus stations that take you to downtown Valencia in 30 minutes. The only disadvantage of the building is that there is no elevator (it was not a problem for me) but if you are an older person, keep that in mind.

Tania is an amazing host, she welcomed us with open arms and put her whole house at our disposal. She is very comunicative and was clear about the house rules. The accommodation is clean and has a mindful interior design. Tisa, the cat was a nice friend to have during the duration of our stay. In conclusion, I highly recommend you to stay at Tania if you are visiting Valencia. Thank you, Tania!

Very attentive, always available for anything you need, friendly, the facilities are excellent, very comfortable, everything with good space, it has a relaxation area that is very well equipped and in very good condition, always recommended, a luxury home I'll be back!

The house is wonderful, we felt right at home, it didn't lack any details and we didn't find a single thing out of place, the only thing I can say is thank you to Manuel for making the stay very pleasant. Thank you very much Manuel for everything, we will certainly remember this trip forever.
