Vacation rentals in Valencia

We were excited to visit Valencia where our college student was studying Spanish. The host, Anthony, comminicated clearly and in a timely way before check-in, during the check-in process, and throughout our stay. He was generous with suggestions for how to fully enjoy Valencia, Las Fallas, and what to expect during the festival. The building is beautiful with old-world character yet modern comforts. The main living space opens onto a pretty courtyard. It was lovely to begin the day listening to the birds while drinking coffee provided by the host. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen. Having two bathrooms was an added bonus for our family of the three. The location of the apartment was great for walking all over Valencia to its most well-known sites and not far from many of the Las Fallas festivities. If we get to visit Valencia again we would book this amazing property without hesitation! You should do the same if you want to be close to sites of Valencia.

My family really enjoyed a relaxing stay at Enrique's place! It is located steps away from the beach with stunning views, lots of rooms for everyone, clean, well-decorated, free parking, easy access to shopping and restaurants...Furthermore, Enrique is always quick to respond and very helpful. I will highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay in Valencia, the property was perfect for us. Coming at Easter was amazing with all the Easter parades in the area, which were spectacular. Great location for the beach and the seafood restaurants, as well as the historic centre and the science and art park, Jardin Turia etc. We used the Valenbisi bikes to get around they were so easy. Alejandro, was super helpful, responsive and a great host. We went to his Tapas Restaurant Casa Montana, the food, wine and service were excellent, I would highly recommend 😊

Angela is a great host, attentive in communication and takes care of every detail. We loved the stay at your house: it is beautiful, spacious and functional and is very well located (in a quiet neighborhood, but with life and close to everything). In addition, it has a parking space available right out front. Great for families. A 10.

Jose is a very thoughtful host. He gave us so many good tips on where to go to eat and how to get around the city. The area is very lively. We found the apartment clean and as shown in the photos. Thank you so much Jose for your fantastic hospitality in the beautiful city!

The apartment was a great place to stay with a young family. The beach and supermarket were within easy walking distance and it was really well connected by multiple bus routes for easy travel into the city. The area is a reasonably quiet residential area with nice relaxed vibe. The apartment was well provisioned with everything we needed including beach equipment and beach towels which was a nice extra. Getting in was relatively simple, we were met by the cleaner to give us the key and she was friendly. Ambrosio was proactive in communication beforehand to arrange everything and was responsive to messages when initially we couldn't locate the person for the key.

Incredible house, so much space and very well located. Lovely pool (although chilly in April but I still used it!) Natalia is very sweet and helpful and responded very quickly to my messages. We have a 3 year old and a nearly 6 year old, and it was lovely to have all the toys and games for them. I would say if you have any younger children the hard floors/stairs might be a bit tricky/dangerous so watch out for that. Also we got a bit confused by the high tech lighting system, but other than that it's a fantastic place!!

My husband, daughter, and I had a WONDERFUL stay at Elena’s place. The location was ideal, in a relaxed part of the city, close to the beach, restaurants, markets, etc. It was also easy to get to other parts of the city via public transpiration. The apartment was immaculate, stylish, in decor, and well lit. It was lovely having large doors that open up to a balcony overlooking the street. If our family were to visit Valencia in the future, we would be eager to stay at this airbnb again. We have absolutely no complaints!

Anna Maria was a wonderful host. Her place is very well appointed with higher end finishes. It was spotless and everything smelled so good. The location is right in the heart of the town center, which makes walking to everything so easy, with so many cafes and restaurants nearby. She graciously provided many restaurant recommendations, which was super helpful. I would highly recommend this rental. It is worth the price tag for the location, quality and top-notch hospitality.

Papa’s place is exactly as advertised. Clean, well organized and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable, shower worked well. Located in what we found to be a safe neighborhood, it is within easy walking distance of many tourist sites and a lot of restaurants from which to choose from. The location was very walkable. When we needed a taxi, we could grab one at the end of the street. The grocery store was very close. There were plenty of things to do in the area. Valencia is a beautiful city.

We had a fantastic stay in Valencia. The apartment is perfectly situated to be walkable to major sights and restaurants. The bedroom in the back is so quiet you would never know you were so close to all the action! Thanks for a wonderful trip!

1) Andrea's treatment has been excellent. From the first moment, he has provided us with a lot of tourist and useful information that has facilitated the stay. 2) The location to visit The City of Arts and Sciences is very good. 10-15 minutes walk. We went with children aged 5 and 8 and there was no problem. To go downtown we've also gone on. We also used taxi (between 7 and 10€) the trip. Although you can also go by bus. The stop is at the gate. 3) The house is beautiful and spacious. Very clean and with everything you need. 4) Very grateful for the breakfast on the first day. Comes great if you don't feel like going to buy. although you have a Mercadona very close! In short, a very good experience. Highly recommended.

We had a great time in Valencia during the Fallas festival. Len was always available and quick to respond. The room looked exactly as the pictures and felt more spacious than we expected. It’s close to the beach, so that’s nice during the summer times. It was a bit far from the city centre. Public transportation made it easy to get around but we spent quite a bit of time on the bus back and forth. During the Fallas Festival it was very noisy and loud in the city centre so it was very nice to come back to a quiet and peaceful location. The only drawback was that the main door was right on the street, so we could hear people walking by. Loved the apartment and the atmosphere, and we will definitely check out the other rooms that The Point has next time we’re travelling to Valencia.

Conveniently located apartment, a short, easy walk from the north train station. The hosts were proactive and very responsive with their communications & Adri was helpful and welcoming at check in. Beds were really comfortable & we appreciated our last minute request to use the sofa bed being accommodated. Shower was good. Black out blinds were clever! The apartment is pleasant & well laid out. Some road noise if you are in the lounge or double bedroom, but that did not disturb ayones sleep in our family. The twin room is to the rear, away from the road and very peaceful. Being a historic building with apartments you could hear the neighbours above, but only footsteps, etc... besides that the building was quiet and especially when it counted after 10pm and before 7am. Plenty of bars, cafe's, restaurants and a useful supermarket (Consum) nearby.

We had a great stay here. Excellent location, comfy bed and spacious apartment.

Very nice accommodation offered by Carola. Very clean, tastefully decorated and many amenities are available. The location is ideal, quiet without being too far from the city center (15 minutes with the bikes offered by Carola). We'll be happy to go back!

We absolutely loved this bnb! It’s HUGE, beds were great, location was good, and it was just plain fun. Such a gem. Only complaint was that we were offered early check in at 1130 (which is great) and didn’t get to check in until 12 due to previous guests. We didn’t get any notification until we were there waiting. Realistic bnb problems but a heads up would have been good due to us having kiddos. Overall AMAZING stay.

It’s such a great place to stay with everything you need but the best part was definitely the attention from the host, offering a warm welcome and so proactive to try to make your stay worth it and better

located in the center of the city , you have everything at hand. the parking is not easy but giving a couple of turns you park.

We had an amazing time at Alexandra's home! Communication was very smooth and extremely friendly, which is always very pleasant if you have any questions. The house has been completely renovated, and very nicely decorated. The location is ideal, within walking distance of metro and bus station to get into the city and within walking distance of the harbor/beach. It was wonderful to stay on the roof terrace, with beautiful southern plants. We stayed there during the "santa semana", and were able to experience these unique processions from very close in the streets of the neighborhood. Valencia stole our heart, if we come back with our group, we will definitely stay in Alexandra's house again.

Great apartment in a GREAT location. Just a few minutes to the sea, shops and restaurants around the corner. The market hall is not far and the connection to public transport is perfect. Everything was clean and superbly furnished. Highly, highly recommended!

Very friendly welcome by the host. Clean and bright apartment with all amenities. Very smooth communication with the host who is very helpful. A place to come back.

Nicolas is a fantastic host. Although he does not speak English, he is very communicative and helpful. He let us stay at the house until 7pm, for which we are so grateful. A nice gesture was the refreshments at the entrance, and delicious chocolate donuts for the feast of Fallas. Perfect location. Right after you leave the house, you're on the beach. Tram and bus stops 2-3 minutes from the house. I recommend!
