Vacation rentals with breakfast in Valencia

Super nice host that responds quickly. The location is a little further away than hoped. Google maps gives a certain time to Valencia in advance, but for the cozy part the travel time is x2. Supermarket and other amenities all very far away, something we Dutch people are not used to:) The house was great if you love peace and quiet. Swimming pool can be a little cleaner (doesn't seem to be a filter), beds are really too small for several couples. A little more towels would also be a godsend for several days. Airconditioners do their job well by floor!

We stayed here for 3 nights with young family (boys 11 and 8 years old). The place had a lot of things that kept the boys engaged and entertained. From animals like rabbits, bicycles to sports basketball, tennis, swimming pool etc etc Overall the experience was great. I had a conference to attend in Valencia, which meant the place had enough to keep the children busy. Staff were very responsive with multiple people available on phone, with quick responses. The facility is a bit aged and could do with some repairs. However the fact that it kept children engaged more than made up for age. Fantastic team!! Well done!!

Each space is designed for comfort and harmony, making it the perfect place for a relaxing stop. We greatly appreciated the elegance and cleanliness of the place, as well as the small personal touches that made our stay even more enjoyable.

convenient and comfortable accommodation with adjoining bathroom. Good bedding. Good public transport connection. The beach is a 15-minute walk. There is a lot of work in the neighborhood so it's a little noisy but there are double glazed windows. Mercedes is very welcoming and gives good advice.

I loved it just as it is in the ad. José María is very friendly and was always available for any concerns Everything is very good. The terrace is excellent. The house is well equipped. Everything is very clean I would repeat if I visit the area again Thank you Jose Maria!!!

A cozy studio in the house of sweet people and close to the beach.

Photos undersell this place. Check-in was great with Jose Manuel giving us inside tips on where to go. We stayed for almost 3 weeks and it was perfect for our family of 4 - including a 6 month old baby. Felt very safe, the playground was very appreciated by our 5 year old. The cafe FOUR was a perfect stop every morning. The Cabanyal market is just as good as the central market, but smaller and has a good sized supermarket next to it. Cabanyal has some character to it, but it’s so accessible and feels so safe, that it’s charming. The AC in the place was cold and we appreciated the washing machine. A couple notes, it doesn’t have a clothes dryer, but has a private patio with a drying rack that works and it also doesn’t have a dishwasher. We ate out 70% of the time and it wasn’t bad. Also, there is natural light, but it’s not super bright. On the whole, this place was perfect for us, even during the relatively long stay. I would gladly go back or refer a family member.

Thanks Raul, your place was perfect for the 5 of us for a week. The accommodation was very clean and exactly as described. There was plenty of towels and cleaning products, and the Nespresso machine was very welcome! The 3 bedrooms were a good size. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere, including the Science Centre and Aquarium, which was an hour away, so we got lots of steps in! I would definitely recommend Raul's accommodation. He was very responsive too while we were there.

Thanks to Irene for her kindness, the details, the cleanliness of the apartment and the "extra things" she has. Irene was very kind, she was attentive to us and very kindly left us fruit and eggs for breakfast the next day. The apartment is very well organized, the spaces are well cared for and the atmosphere of the condominium is quiet and familiar. We visited the apartment with our 3 and 6 year olds, they really enjoyed it. We didn't have a chance to visit the pool, it stays like a slope. ¡We will repeat!, it is safe. Totally recommendable 🫶 above all for small families

Flat with 3 rooms and 1 bathroom spotless, renovated and all the amenities. Ideally located next to downtown and a parking lot 50m away. The host pending, communicative and very proactive when an issue arose, q is what you can ask for in these cases. Highly, highly recommended. Definitely to be repeated.

Very clean, spacious, everything you need for a city break. Managed to get free on street parking. There was a problem with check in which was sorted straight away with no fuss. Easy to hop on the bus into the city centre or to the beach. Nice and quiet once inside. Had a great stay. Very good value for what we paid.

The apartment is fantastic. It has everything and Cristina welcomed us personally with many things in the fridge, food, toiletries, sweets, etc. It is located near the Joaquín Sorolla train station, less than a 10-minute walk. And one or two blocks from a subway station. But what surpasses everything is the attention and gift of Cristina's people. A WONDERFUL person. She always communicated with us, gave us directions of all kinds (about the apartment and the city) and came to say goodbye in person even though we left very early. We'll go back to Cristina's if we visit Valencia again. We already recommend her apartment to friends from Spain.

Located in the heart of Valencia. The girl who always looked after us. Very clean and relaxed place and nice Breakfast is the very good croissants! We'll be back for sure!

Raquel is a very kind and generous person, she welcomed us at here place as if we are a part of her family. She is always available and helpful. We had a private room and private bathroom, we alsl had access to the kitchen for the breakfast, everything was super clean. Thanks a lot for having us as your guests, we enjoyed staying there and talking to you and to your family. Very recommended.

This residence with its very welcoming staff is recommended without a second thought. Breakfast included. Modern, very clean with everything you need for your linen. A little far from the center of Valencia is the only reserve point, but 5 minute walk to Godella station (where there is a bar and restaurant)

Banana beach was great place to stay. Very close to the beach

Patricia, was by far the best Airbnb we have been to. Her hospitality was above and beyond. She was so gracious in offering us food and comfort in her beautiful house. Enjoyed staying there 20 minutes away from the bigger city. We even saw running of the bulls while we were in her small neighborhood. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The room is as described and the host is there to help. She is very responsive. The stay was very nice and the city of Valencia is a delight.

Great location to enjoy Las Fallas. Terrace beautiful, host friendly, and the breakfast was very good. Excellent value.
