Vacation rentals in Alicante

Very good accommodation in a nice neighborhood, close to everywhere but still quiet at night. Wonderful balcony and fresh and clean everywhere. Well-equipped kitchen. We've had a great time in this apartment.

WOW! A perfect week in Alicante in Ana's apartment. The space was bigger than expected and the balcony is very large with a table, chairs, sun lounger and an awning you can pull out for extra shade. Beds were comfortable and the entire space was VERY clean. I can't stress how gorgeous the balcony is with incredible views of the seafront, and even though it was above a busy road, it wasn't noisy at all. Apartment was in a safe, walkable neighbourhood, very close to the beach, bus/tram stops, and local shops. Ana let us drop our suitcases off and check in early and was incredibly kind and responsive throughout. This place is perfect to use as a base if you're planning to spend days exploring or on the beach, but also great for days sunbathing and relaxing on the balcony ☀️ Would definitely recommend! We spent 3 nights in the accommodation, it is close to the beach (2 min) and amenities (grocery store, bakery, airport bus). The bed is comfortable, the sea view is stunning. One small downside: the noise from the road below.

This place is amazing well worth the money, Maria was lovely , very helpful and full of suggestions of what to do , places to see and how to get there, responded very quick when I needed some information.. the area is handy for eating and transport . The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, well equipped and very clean. I would definitely recommend and would book again thank you

Jose Maria's house is spacious and well-equipped, the private terrace is a real plus. Well located, close to restaurants, shops and main tourist attractions. Lively neighborhood but quiet at night. I would highly recommend it

We loved our 5 days vacation at José Ramon’s lovely apartment! The apartment was cozy and super clean. Well located in the center of Alicante and old town, but still so quiet. No problem if you prefer more crowds or hustle and bustle - you can find it just around the corner very easily. The hosts José Ramon and Javier were really nice and helpful - we had to check in late at night but it was not a problem. We’re looking forward to visit again and warmly like to recommend this perfect apartment for your stay in Alicante. Thank you!

Laura was an exceptional host—warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, truly five-star quality. The location couldn't have been better for first-time visitors to Alicante: central, convenient, and close to everything. The apartment was stunning—modern, stylish, and designed with comfort in mind. We would return in a heartbeat and can’t recommend Laura’s place highly enough!

We (5 adults, 12 year old & 20 month old) stayed here in may and it was perfect. The Villa was clean and spacious, the location is perfect with lots to do in the area. The hosts were amazing and replied to every question I had within 10 minutes. Would definitely stay again and hopefully we can book again for next year!

We had such a lovely stay here! The apartment is beautiful, very spacious for 6 people. Beds were clean and comfortable, terrace was lovely and relaxing and the pool was lovely too. The location is good as there is a beach super close and it’s not far from Benidorm, however the cab company weren’t great and made it a little difficult to get places sometimes but we got everywhere in the end. John & Tatiana were brilliant hosts, very responsive and helpful and left some lovely snacks/ drinks for us in the fridge for when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again, it was a lovely apartment and so affordable!

Manuel’s place was gorgeous. The views speak for themselves. The location is perfect and you’re able to walk to a bunch of restaurants on the beach. You are also close to downtown Alicante. Manuel was the nicest man and so helpful sending so many recommendations! Would highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay in Alicante. Florin's apartment is peaceful and full of light. The distance to the city center and the sea was perfect for us—we love walking. Communication with Florin was very pleasant. We had to change our holiday plans at the last minute, and he was incredibly helpful.
