Vacation home rentals in Alicante

This was our first experience of an Air b&b. The experience is one we would love to repeat. Pedro the host was extremely helpful and communicated quickly and without fuss. We were given very good instructions on where to park and how to gain entry to the flat. The method of entry was simple but SECURE and easy to use. The flat was very well furnished. The kitchen was clean, tidy and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and quiet. Both bathrooms were sizeable and fresh. Both balconies provided great views. There are some great walks along the promenade to the near by marina where there were some fine restaurants. The was a local supermarket within walking distance that was very well stocked.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb apartment. The apartment was not only beautiful but also conveniently located. It was just a stone's throw away from the city center, making it easy for us to explore the main attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the town. Moreover, the beach was also within walking distance, which was a major highlight for us. It allowed us to spend some relaxing days by the sea without the need for long commutes. The apartment's aesthetics and its proximity to both the town square and the beach made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming and well-located accommodation.

the house is perfect for a group of guys, it is in a perfect spot because it is a 3-minute walk from the sea and 5 minutes from the course where there are all the shops! The castle of Santa Barbara is a 15/20 minute walk. For an evening I recommend "Calle Castaños" and the Marmarela nightclub is easily reachable on foot. The lady was really very kind and hospitable.

Maite's attention was always wonderful, she provided us with everything we needed for a great weekend. The house was impeccable, the necessary utensils for the number of people we were, the beds were very comfortable, and everything in general was a 10. Dirk and Annie’s house is the ultimate Airbnb experience. It’s everything that a guest could hope for. Attentive hosts - including home baking, excellent restaurant recommendations and being on hand for our enquiries during our stay. The house itself is homely, with all items that you would need for a holiday in Xàbia. Beach towels, beach chairs, parasols, foldable bikes - the list goes on. There is an abundance of towels, robes and other items to make your stay luxurious. The hot tub and gym were added bonuses. The balconies and garden areas are beautiful. Sadly it wasn’t the season for the pool yet but it is very well situated and we are sure it is lovely in the height of summer. The house is walking from the old town and an easy drive from the Arenal beach and the port. Xàbia is a lovely town, with excellent restaurants and a beautiful location. We couldn’t recommend this Airbnb more. It’s a gem, as are the hosts - we do hope to return.

We enjoyed our stay. We had not rented a car but there is a bus stop nearby. Torrevieja city center on foot is easy to do. Beach La Mata best take bus. There were 2 folding bikes, we were very satisfied with this because this was convenient for our daily groceries. 2 supermarkets reasonably close. The pool was large and very quiet as there are many cottages access to this pool. Definitely worth repeating.

Alejandro the host, waited for us when we arrived and helped us bring our luggage up to the accommodation, thank you, the house was great, nothing was missing, ok the cleanliness, wonderful views,the sea, the beds very comfortable, garden with barbecue, we have spent a few very quiet days, we will return, the negative are the large number of stairs to the house, and although the sea is close, you need a car to go to the beaches with sand.

I highly recommend the accommodation is perfect for 4 people, we came to spend 10 days with friends and we loved, with everything nearby, electric scooters to get around, the pool of the residence is super large, the A/C inside for more comfort. It is a pleasant and relaxing place for the perfect holiday! I thank Caesar for all the info explained by phone and Ana Maria on site who is very kind and super kind! We'll be happy to go back!

Enchanted with our stay at Mire's apartment. Everything is very clean, with all the needs covered. The decoration we loved it, we felt at home. The beach is about 20 minutes from the apartment and very well, we had a great time and really enjoyed it. The development was very nice, cared for and clean, the pool was great too. The only thing I can say that we missed was the hammock that comes out in the photos, a table on the terrace to eat since the views are beautiful and a bigger clothes hanger, since having to put pool towels and bathing clothes to wash we stayed a little bit the hanging that was there. Thank you very much, Mire!

This was our second time staying at this apartment. We felt right at home. Fantastic outdoor area to sunbathe, eat and relax. There is the most magnificent view of the morning sunrise. This apartment is within walking distance of lots of restaurants, pubs and shops. The beach is just a 5 minute walk. When I sent a message about the hairdryer being broken, she arrived the following day with a replacement hairdryer. Linda is such a lovely host. We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this listing 🌞

I had a very relaxing stay and would recommend for somewhere close to the boats and restaurants. Very easy to find and felt really welcome.

I had to change my plans, and stay in Alicante on short notice. I was looking for an appartement in a residental area in walking distance to the centre and with flexible check in as I did not know my time of arrival. I enjoyed walking in this non-touristy neighbourhood, and the flat was clean, tidy and perfect for my needs.

On an impromptu trip and looking for accommodation at eight o'clock at night we came up with Victor's apartment that he had no problem in enabling us to enter to spend that night. Alone with that he has a 10!! Also, the apartment is great and comfortable. So highly recommend
