Vacation rentals with beach access in Alicante

Had a wonderful stay at Jose apartment, great location, particularly for the old town, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We stayed at the apartment for four weeks and had planned to visit the Mercado to shop, which is 5 minutes away and cook the majority of meals. However, we found a few local tapas bars and ended up only cooking 5 meals during the whole period, there are some real gems if you look. We are planning forward to return before Christmas. Jose is a top host too, very responsive and helpful. Enjoy his apartment and Alicante!

My family and I had an amazing time at Mabel’s home. She was very responsive and the home was exactly as described. It was spacious, in a great location, and had a beautiful view. It was clean, and had many amenities. We also appreciated the added garage. It was really helpful as street parking was a little challenging.

Absolutely perfect stay – 11/10! The breathtaking sea view directly from the apartment made every morning special. The Airbnb was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, with everything from the kitchen to the bathroom fully equipped. We especially appreciated the beach gear provided – even things we forgot ourselves. The highlight: a folder with hand-picked tips for restaurants, bars, and sights. We didn’t need to plan anything and every suggestion exceeded our expectations! The area is peaceful, with cute cafés, small shops, and beach bars just a short walk away. Excellent public transport too – a bus stop right outside and the tram only a few minutes away. The host was super friendly and responsive, and the apartment was even ready early so we could relax and enjoy the day after our trip. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. Would absolutely come back!

The apartment in El Campello is modern, light and very well equipped. Whilst it felt like an expanded studio, it was well laid out, had all the perfect design cues and super functional. The hosts provided a beach umbrella and a car parking space that was underground in an electric gated parking area. Access to the beach is a short walk under the tram line, right onto the board walk. The closest supermarket is a short 6-7 minutes walk and well stocked. It really felt like we were in a hotel, especially with the infinity pool and gym. The hosts were responsive and helpful too. The view from the bed of the sea is priceless! A strong recommend.

Alicante apartment in the old town is a prime spot. Amazing views morning and evening and super close to eateries and bars. Well worth staying and a little different being carved into rock.

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. A wonderful accommodation, clean, very comfortable, well-equipped and very well located, with a private terrace and wonderful views of the Rock framed between the green of the pine trees and the blue of the sea. There are 3 coves nearby that you can walk to with crystal clear waters. Isaac is very attentive to clarifying our doubts. Highly recommended. Looking forward to returning.

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

Mr. Manuel was very helpful and understanding from the beginning. The accommodation met our expectations. What made our stay more enjoyable was the kindness of the owners, who helped us with all our questions about the surrounding area and how we could get around in that area. We recommend it and hope to return at the next opportunity.

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

The apartment is located in the center, so the location is perfect. Spacious and comfortable living room and terrace, well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom is a little cramped (especially in the heat) but it is solved with fans and air conditioning. Anna and Andrea are great hosts. The location is definitely a strong point, I recommend it
