Ca La Fustera, a beautiful and cozy family villa on the coast of Benissa, a few meters from the beach of Cala Fustera, in the residential area of La Fustera, between Calpe 2km and Moraira 4km, with private saltwater pool and solarium, indoor and outdoor terrace with pergola in the same pool area, outdoor kitchen with dining room and pergola, garden and a large private parking. It has air conditioning in the living room and 3 bedrooms, indoor/outdoor Wi-Fi and solar panels.

We rent the upstair apartment of this wonderful Villa in front of the Mediterranean sea. The house is located at the beachfront at the beautiful beach "la Fustera", with private access to it and stunning sea views. It has a beautiful terrace to enjoy the views, private pool and private parking. The downstairs apartment is ocasionally used by members of our family with whom you would only share the parking lot, the access to the beach and ocasionally the swimming pool.

The studio was completely renovated in 2022 and now our guests also have a beautiful eat-in kitchen with dining area and couch at their disposal. A tennis court with sports facilities such as paddle tennis, yoga and Pilates is in the immediate vicinity.
