What a lovely villa, spacious, and everything we needed. Loved that 8 separate beds as we were a group of friends celebrating my 60th. Jaime had notified us of builders next door beforehand so not an issue, actually advantageous in carrying one of our group who broke her foot whilst away. I contacted Jaime to recommend a hospital but he insisted on coming to collect us, taking us to hospital and lending us a pair of crutches. We were able to walk to most places but also used Uber to get around. Thoroughly recommend and would love to revisit.

Great place to stay with friends or family, super close to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of space outdoor and indoor. Really enjoyed our stay. Juan was super responsive and helpful.

A lovely, clean stay and very good host.

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen’s place. We traveled with our two young children and her place was kid friendly with a crib and a high chair. The place was very clean, had all the essentials, and the outside patio space was very large and great for eating all our meals outside. The street and neighborhood were very quiet and it was always easy to find street parking right outside the front door. Her place is easy walking distance to town, close to a kids playground and to a small beach that was perfect for our kids. There was a great corner store 1 block away that had delicious pastries and grocery essentials. Carmen was always quick to respond and was so welcoming and friendly. Thank you Carmen for a wonderful stay in Portocolom.

The apartment of Carme was very nice. It has a great location, overlooking the sea. It has everything you need, and is very clean. Also the Better are very comfortable and it's very quiet. In 30 seconds you will be by the sea. Has shopping, restaurants, and the beautiful long sandy beach can be reached in 5 minutes. Carme responds immediately to messages and was very accommodating with the check-in time. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Thanks Carme!

Very nice and clean place to stay. Especially the kitchen had high quality equipment. It was a great base for great road bike tours. Manel was an extremely nice and gracious host and person!

My family and I have just returned from a weeks stay in Valentina’s house and everything exceeded our expectations! Valentina is a super host and was very helpful in every way. The property is in a great location in a very quiet Road just minutes from all the beautiful restaurants of Pollença. I have to mention the quality of the beds as they were the best beds I’ve ever slept in!! We were blessed with incredible weather which made our stay absolutely perfect. This was our tenth time staying in Pollenca and this property is up there with the best. Thank you Valentina, we will be back if you will have us xx

A truly fantastic house in a fabulous location. Thanks to Mette and Christopher for sharing their holiday home where we had a wonderful week. The house is comfortable, well furnished and equipped. All local amenities including the supermarket, beach and shops/bars/restaurants all less than a 5 minute walk away. Everybody in the village was very friendly and welcoming. The beach umbrellas and chairs came in very handy and we loved the rooftop terrace for sundowners when we got back each day. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again

Our stay with Miguel was wonderful. The apartment is top, super equipped and very clean. Communication with Miguel was straightforward and very friendly. The location of the apartment just on the promenade is a dream. I'm sure we'll be back.

We stayed in Tomeu's house but actually we talked to the co-host Maria, who was really kind and responded to all our requests. The apartment is large and clean, nothing was missing as in the description, perfect for families or friends. We arrived in the off-season period so there are not many activities open, we had a car and it was not a problem. You can also get around very well by bus. Maria suggested times to go to Palma by bus. Really to be recommended thanks to the beautiful welcome of Maria

Very comfortable apartment just a short walk to the beach. We spent one night there, it was a pleasant stopover. Emanuela is very responsive and accommodating.

Nice apartment with beautiful sea view and close to the beach. It was nice to have an extra balcony to enjoy the afternoon/evening sun.

Everything's great, the apartment is just as described in a great location. Communication with Margalida is excellent, check-in was autonomous and super easy. Highlight the small details such as breakfast for the first day or the cleaning kit that are super useful. Thank you very much for everything, 100% recommended.

Very nice house in a top location right on the beach! Super clean, everything very well maintained. The gardeners come three times a week, the cleaning lady once a week . Separate electricity billing very transparent and appropriate. Raquel was always available at short notice. The only drawback: Wi-Fi cannot be switched off separately. That is, microwave irradiation 24/7! In my personal case, it leads to headaches, dizziness, blood pressure crises, etc. According to the landlady, the Wi-Fi is indispensable for the function of the building technology... Another problem: The pressure water pump for fresh water in the basement is so loud and shrink that you can't actually sleep in any bedroom on the ground floor. The pool pump in the basement garage can't be heard at all. Great! It was not clear why a water pump has to be so noisy that no one can sleep! After 3 days of agony, it was found that the garden pipe has a leak,and therefore an incredible amount of expensive water is lost

Xisca's house is a true gem. We loved being in the beautiful, rural surroundings and we spent many hours on the terrace and in the garden, enjoying the most beautiful sunsets. The house is tastefully decorated and has everything you could want. In addition, Xisca is a great host who was ready to help and respond. Huge recommendation from here.

What a wonderful house. the views are stunning. the house is gorgeous too, every room was spacious, beautifully furnished and styled. the kitchen was well equipped. there's plenty of room in the garden too - also well equipped with the fab pool and loungers for everyone! The owner, Antonia, was super helpful and made us feel immediately at home. On arrival the local supermarkets were closed as it was Sunday evening but Antonia drove us to an open one 25 mins away! Nothing was too much trouble. Her son's restaurant is just opposite with a pretty back garden, and the food is delicious! Soller town is a 5 mins walk and is full of lovely restaurants and shops. I can't fault this stay.... would definitely recommend.

Great location, very clean, pretty and practically furnished (private washing machine, dishwasher and electric heater). Fantastic breakfast and sun deck! The communication with Dolores was very good, she always responded quickly to my questions. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

Spacious appartment very close to the beach with stunning views over the sea and with everything we needed for self catering. There was even a sizeable pool for us to use. We were right near the town for shops and restaurants but the appartment wasn’t noisy.

Simply a perfect stay! Germán and his father were extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful. Germán gave great tips and was always available. The house itself was beautiful, very spacious, and equipped with everything you need. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Highly recommended!
