This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

Nice and stylish Loft located on the old town's heart, mediterranean colors. On the Llotja neighborhood very quiet and sunny street. Open views to a private garden, masiv and emblematic building La Lonja. Is surrounded by bars and restaurants but the only street calm to relax. The closest beach is 7 min. walking distance, 3 minutes to STP SHIPYARD & Club Náutico de Palma sport-harbour and it's lounge. Santa Catalina market is 5 min walking distance as the Cathedral, museums and art galeries.

Charming Old town touristic lodging-TI153

60sqm with one bedroom, a reading room and a living room. Right it the historic center, few minutes walking from everywhere. Perfect for couples also can host kids under 15yo: 150cm size bed, junior bed and baby cot. 2 more units in the same building, all belong to Poc a Poc Suites turismo interior. Completely equipped: ac, heating, wifi, tv-dvd, washing-dryer machine, dishwasher, microwave, cooking equipment. The stairs at our building are a bit steep like most in the old town, no elevator.

It is a 15 min walk into town center (cathedral....) and a 5 min walk to the marina. From booking to arrival, very friendly and helpful. I messaged Simona that it was my granddaughter’s 18th birthday whilst staying at the apartment. On arrival apartment was decked out with balloons & decorations. Fantastic. Anna was extremely helpful and kind during our stay and the staff in the cafeteria were so friendly and helpful. Couldn’t fault anything, it is a beautiful apartment and the location with the views are stunning. We will be back. Thankyou Anna and Simona.

I write with trepidation as I don’t not want anyone else to know about this peaceful haven in nature! Diane is an exceptional host, on hand for everything you need. The house is beautiful, calm, spacious, clean with all mod cons. Beach toys and parasol were there and it takes 10 min walk down to beach. From there another 5-10 to mondrago beach where there is a simple beach side restaurant. We have already booked to go back next year! We cooked most nights at home as we did not want to leave the peaceful surroundings but there are plenty of restaurants and bars a 10 min drive away.

Daniela’s apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. It’s in a great location for visiting Palma cathedral. The view from the roof terrace is fantastic. It’s quiet and there’s a supermarket just around the corner. It is on the fourth floor and there’s no lift, so there’s the added bonus of some exercise.

Can Blau’s location was excellent. It was a quick distance walking to any location we desired, including the bus station. It’s a private square with lots of restaurants surrounding it. The rooftop Terrace and the laundry/bathroom up there was a lovely addition. The place was well very kept, but despite their best efforts we did see a couple cockroaches on the premises but it did not disrupt our stay and we believe it is out of their control. Elva was very good with communication and easy to reach. We loved the cute touches such as the photos in the front and the fresh oranges. Also, being able to leave our bags in the foyer was a life saver so we didn’t have to lug them around before our transfer out of town. Thank you again for the lovely stay.
