C'est un appartement idéalement placé. A 50 mètres des Halles, là où bat le coeur de Sète. Vous pourrez y goûter à toutes les spécialités de la ville. L'appartement vient d'être rénové. Il est bien équipé et spacieux -40m2. Un grand salon cuisine, une salle de bain et un escalier mène à une mezzanine assez confortable où se trouve le lit. L'appartement est au 3è et dernier étage, vous bénéficiez de deux petits balcons avec vue sur une partie de la ville. Attention, cage d'escalier "Sétoise" !

Historic residence located at the foot of Mont Saint-Clair, the villa offers spectacular views of Sète, the Étang de Thau and the sea. Those looking for calm and charm will be delighted. The city takes on a country feel here... while being a 10-minute walk from the market halls. Breakfast is possible at an extra cost.
