Very well renovated and arranged accommodation. The living-dining room with its glass window that can be totally opened on the terrace is a real plus. Hot tub ideal for a relaxing time. Available and responsive host. The location of this accommodation is a central point to visit both the seaside (vías, valras, agde...) and inland (beziers, St guihlem, Lac du Salagou...)

We booked this place for two people for a week. We were very well received, Béatrice is very friendly and knows the surroundings very well for tourist ideas. The space is large for two people, we weren't stepping on each other's toes. It has two air conditioners, making the stay very pleasant during the strong heat. Despite the very close proximity of the owners, we felt in a home just for ourselves, with our independence. Access to the pool was very nice I would recommned this property.

We had a lovely stay at Cyril’s place! Always responsive, a nice quiet area, easy to access central Montpelier on the tram just a few minutes walk away. 5 ⭐️😊😊

accommodation is as described. A small downside though,regarding the kitchen. We occupied this accommodation in winter, we were 5 adults, the indoor kitchen ( there is also an outdoor one) can not accommodate more than 2 people seated for lunch. It wasn't very comfortable.

6 years after my first visit, I'm not disappointed. Warm welcome, more than complete starter pack, flexible schedules when possible, pleasant pool. The new Jacuzzi is great. Too bad for the small flush problem but nothing that is spoiled the WE. The beach can be reached on foot in 15 min from the villa.

A very big thank you to Chantal and her husband, it was as if you had been away for a very long time and are coming home. She is very accommodating, helpful, charming and very well organized. There was a great introduction to the house & surroundings, lots of information about restaurants, places to see. The house is incredibly clean, well-maintained and equipped with a lot of love. Attention is paid to sustainability and there is really nothing to complain about. Everything functional. The surroundings especially the beach very large and beautiful. We were 8 people in the house and it has enough space not to step on each other's feet. The pool is very nice, heated and the hot tub absolutely great. The villa is perfect for gathering in large numbers. The living room is very bright and spacious. The location close to the sea and in a quiet area (December) is perfect. Sète s easily access by car but also by bikes. Lots of leisure amenities are available. Some work /repairs are planned on aging equipment, it will be even more valuable for future tenants. Pleasant stay, in a quiet and relaxing place full of charm. The cottage is very well-equipped, very clean and neatly decorated. The hosts are extremely kind, and very understanding. Small touches that we really appreciated. The hot tub is a real plus. The explanations are very clear for accessing the chalet. We'll come back and visit!
