Palma vacation rentals

House, cleaners, Jaime etc were all great, loved our stay and the bus is so easy to catch right into the old town if you don't want to walk it and it's only €2 each way. We had a really lovely long weekend there, thank you.

Ett jättefint hus med fantastisk omgivning samt pool och jättenära till strand, restauranger, supermarkets mm. Vi bodde 4 vuxna och 4 barn och huset var optimalt för sällskapet. Juan som värd var vänlig, hjälpsam och alltid snabb med kommunikation.

Bra genomgång av boendet när vi kom, och lägenheten har ett bra läge med promenadavstånd till centrum.

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen’s place. We traveled with our two young children and her place was kid friendly with a crib and a high chair. The place was very clean, had all the essentials, and the outside patio space was very large and great for eating all our meals outside. The street and neighborhood were very quiet and it was always easy to find street parking right outside the front door. Her place is easy walking distance to town, close to a kids playground and to a small beach that was perfect for our kids. There was a great corner store 1 block away that had delicious pastries and grocery essentials. Carmen was always quick to respond and was so welcoming and friendly. Thank you Carmen for a wonderful stay in Portocolom.

Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Haus. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und meine zweijährige Tochter konnte viel alleine draußen ums Haus herum spielen und Dreirad und Laufrad fahren (ist beides vorhanden, genauso wie Sandspielzeug, Kuscheltiere, Kleinkindbücher). Der wunderschöne Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar und gut geeignet für Kleinkinder. Es gibt auch kleine Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafés, wir haben aber immer in der gut ausgestatteten Küche gekocht und auf der Terrasse gegessen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts und die Fenster lassen sich gut abdunkeln. Carmen und ihr Mann sind hervorragende Gastgeber und waren immer erreichbar für Fragen und Anliegen. Wir würden gerne irgendwann wieder kommen!

Dar Aufenthalt bei Manel war sehr toll. Er hat sehr gut für unsere Familie gesorgt.

My family and I have just returned from a weeks stay in Valentina’s house and everything exceeded our expectations! Valentina is a super host and was very helpful in every way. The property is in a great location in a very quiet Road just minutes from all the beautiful restaurants of Pollença. I have to mention the quality of the beds as they were the best beds I’ve ever slept in!! We were blessed with incredible weather which made our stay absolutely perfect. This was our tenth time staying in Pollenca and this property is up there with the best. Thank you Valentina, we will be back if you will have us xx

A truly fantastic house in a fabulous location. Thanks to Mette and Christopher for sharing their holiday home where we had a wonderful week. The house is comfortable, well furnished and equipped. All local amenities including the supermarket, beach and shops/bars/restaurants all less than a 5 minute walk away. Everybody in the village was very friendly and welcoming. The beach umbrellas and chairs came in very handy and we loved the rooftop terrace for sundowners when we got back each day. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again

Мястото беше повече от добро! Alvaro отговаряше бързо на запитванията ни, беше изключително мил. Апартамента изглежда точно като на снимките, а квартала е изключително тих и спокоен, близо до брега. Наблизо има паркинг, а понякога има и свободни места точно пред апартамента. Долу градината е поддържана и направена с много желание и усилия. Препоръчваме!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Miguel war wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist top, super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Miguel war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung direkt an der Promenade ein Traum. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Nos atendió María y fue muy simpática y accesible :) El apartamento equipado con todo tal y como se describe, muy nuevo y limpio. Fue fácil también aparcar por la zona (en marzo) Muy recomendable!

Appartement très confortable à deux pas de la plage. Nous y avons passé une nuit, c'était une étape agréable. Emanuela est très réactive et arrangeante.

Interacting w Miguel was super easy, no miscommunication and everything was just as listed. I really enjoyed staying at the apartment. Very convenient to breakfast places and cafes, evening restaurants/bars and pastry/bakery places. Would highly recommend if looking for great location w excellent amenities. Would happily stay again. Antonias Unterkunft liegt in Alcudia sehr zentral, dennoch in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Alles was man braucht ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, insbesondere die 2 Balkone (immer Sonne) haben wir sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Antonia war angenehm und unkompliziert.

Le logement est idéalement placé pour visiter le nord est de l’île. La plage est accessible au pied de l’immeuble, la vue de la terrasse est remarquable. Et l’hôte est particulièrement accueillante.

Unser Aufenthalt war super, Appartement ist wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Schöner Ausblick auf die Bucht. Gute Matratzen haben super geschlafen. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Restaurants Supermarkt Shopping zuFuß in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen. Zu beachten ist nur, dass man über einem Lokal wohnt und morgens Geräusche zu hören sind bei geschlossenen Fenstern ok und wer einen festen Schlaf hat hört auch nichts 😉 super Kontakt Dankeschön

Sehr schönes Haus in Top- Lage direkt am Strand! Super sauber, alles sehr gepflegt. Die Gärtner kommen drei Mal pro Woche, die Putzfrau ein Mal pro Woche . Separate Strom- Abrechnung sehr transparent und angemessen. Raquel war jederzeit kurzfristig erreichbar. Einziges Manko: WLAN nicht separat abschaltbar. Das heißt, Mikrowellen- Bestrahlung rund um die Uhr! Führt bei mir persönlich zu Kopfschmerzen, Schwindel, Blutdruckkrisen etc.. Laut Aussage der Vermieterin ist das WLAN unabdingbar für die Funktion der Haustechnik... Weiteres Problem: Die Druck- Wasserpumpe für Frischwasser im Keller ist dermaßen laut und schrill, dass man eigentlich in keinem Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoß schlafen kann. Die Poolpumpe in der Keller- Garage hört man gar nicht. Super! Es war nicht festzustellen, warum eine Wasserpumpe so laut sein muß, dass keiner schlafen kann! Nach 3 Tagen Qualen wurde festgestellt, dass die Garten- Leitung ein Leck hat,und deswegen unglaublich viel teueres Wasser verloren ist

Wir haben 4 Tage in dem wunderschönen und gemütlichen Häuschen von Xisca verbracht und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Xisca hat reibungslos geklappt und wir haben uns den kompletten Aufenthalt über sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und privat. Der tolle Garten und die Terrasse laden zum Verweilen ein. Wir würden immer wiederkommen!

What a wonderful house. the views are stunning. the house is gorgeous too, every room was spacious, beautifully furnished and styled. the kitchen was well equipped. there's plenty of room in the garden too - also well equipped with the fab pool and loungers for everyone! The owner, Antonia, was super helpful and made us feel immediately at home. On arrival the local supermarkets were closed as it was Sunday evening but Antonia drove us to an open one 25 mins away! Nothing was too much trouble. Her son's restaurant is just opposite with a pretty back garden, and the food is delicious! Soller town is a 5 mins walk and is full of lovely restaurants and shops. I can't fault this stay.... would definitely recommend.

Was für ein Panorama: jeden Morgen ein Sonnenaufgang genau vor der Terrasse! Nur 10m entfernt vom Meer, Wellenrauschen - die perfekte Auszeit!!! Und will man mehr, erreicht man nach einem angemessenen Fußmarsch Restaurants in Cala Ratjada oder nach kurzer Autofahrt in Capdepera. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vor allem auch durch die sehr gute Vorbereitung und Betreuung durch Toni, Mitra und Jeroni.

Super Lage, sehr sauber, hübsch und praktisch eingerichtet (Eigene Waschmaschine, Geschirrspühler und E-Heizung). Fantastische Frühstücks-und Sonnenterrasse! Die Kommunikation mit Dolores war sehr gut, sie hat immer schnell auf meine Fragen geantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen!

Parkeren konden we meteen op het terrein dus was top. Miguel reageerde snel, heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Appartement is groot in ligt fantastisch. Dichtbij restaurantjes, strand, winkeltjes en leuke uitvalsbasis voor tripjes. Appartement kan paar kleine updates gebruiken, maar vonden wij geen probleem. Heerlijk weekje gehad!

Très agréable séjour chez Encarna, la maison est confortable, on a beaucoup profité du jardin et de la piscine (même fin avril) !

Talo oli tosi tilava. Piha oli kaunis ja hyväkuntoinen. Uima-allas oli luksusta ja teki lomaviikostamme erittäin mukavan, kun sai joka päivä virkistäytyä altaalla. Ruuanlaitto monelle henkilölle sujui hyvin, vaikka astiat ja keittiövälineet voisivat olla vähän parempia. Vettä kannattaa ostaa paljon kaupasta.
