The house and the beautiful garden around it are very well maintained and a paradise for the children (and therefore parents). Despite the fact that it was at the end of October, the wonderful weather was swimming in the pool. We were with 3 children; 5 years, 3 years and 5 months old. For the baby, there was a whole nice crib and all kinds of baby stuff. There was no kettle available, but when I asked ( due to bottle feeding baby) it was brought immediately ( brand new). The location of the house is ideal for exploring the island. Thank you for staying at your nice house!

Great house with a great view and it had everything we needed for our stay (7ppl on a golftrip). Matias was always easy to communicate with and he even gave us recommendation where to book shuttle service as we were a larger group. Flexible with check in and check out which was much appreciated. I can recommend the house if you want a spacious place in a calm area but still close to everything Palma has to offer.

The finca is super beautiful. The hosts are warm, easily accessible and have an open ear. We had a wonderful relaxing time and would come back immediately. However, my friend drove the big rental car (Opel Combo) the way to the finca. The road is not for the faint of heart. With a normal car (no station wagon or SUV) it should be quite easy. Everything is feasible, just slow and attentive. Arta is a 20-minute walk away. The small shops invite you to stroll around and there are 46 restaurants to try out. Great house for a family vacation! From a baby cot, high chair, bathtub or even potty and beach toys, everything was there for our daughter. Despite bad weather, it was chubby warm in the house, and it was nice to sit in front of the fireplace in the rain. Very quiet area, yet harbor with restaurants and beach within walking distance. By the way, the whole usable apartment is at ground level (despite Trepoe in the living room, which however only leads to a locked area!) , perfect with children! In addition, we were skeptical as smoking was officially allowed, but we didn't smell anything at all! All good thank you so much!!

Such a beautiful villa which was in immaculate condition. They left us with loads of lovely treats and amenities to use during our stay. Both Teresa and Miguel were very helpful and easy to contact for all questions we had, they also gave us incredible recommendations for places to go. We would definitely stay here again, the villa was everything we could have wanted and more.

David was a great host and was always quick to take care of our concerns. We felt very comfortable and spent great holidays in Mallorca. The house is very well located, very stylish and was very clean. We felt safe at all times. We used the pool daily. We hardly ever needed the kitchen. Wash dishwashing detergent and slightly more towels would be an advantage. We would recommend the house at any time.

Carlos welcomed us personally with a basket of fruits and drinks, showed us the house and explained every detail of it; in addition, Carlos gave us tips to get to know and take advantage of the region. The house and the rooms are exactly as shown in the photos. Not only the order, decor, details and colors, but also the cleanliness. A very clean, comfortable, and spacious house, with many details to feel welcome and enjoy your stay. The whole family was very comfortable, there were six of us. Comfortable rooms, the pool is well maintained, the kitchen is well-equipped with touches such as condiments and olive oil. Carlos is an amazing person, very friendly and strives to make you feel comfortable! Carlos! Thank you very much for everything! It was the perfect choice for our vacation. We wanted to go to the beach, visit villages, go sailing and enjoy restaurants. We were able to do it all and we felt great at your house. Five stars are not enough.
