Very well communicated by bus/tram, 10 minutes from the Ciudad de las Ciencias and 25 minutes from city center. Two bicycles available (extra 10 Eur/day) . Ideal for families, lovely for couples. All visitors are welcome, whatever origin, religion, nationality, personal options and orientations.
