Se trata de un apartamento con parte de sus techos abuardillados y vigas de madera vista, que tiene un encanto muy especial. Tiene dos baños muy agradables y la cocina es un espacio donde las horas con compañía pasan sin darse cuenta por sus techos altos y de vigas de madera preciosa, sus luces indirectas y cálidas y todos los detalles cuidados. Para rizar el rizo tiene una terraza privada espectacular con vistas al Mercado Colón. Nos atrevemos a decir que es uno de los mejores opciones de alojamiento de Valencia, por el inmueble en sí y por su ubicación única. El salóncito es también especial con una ventana donde se ve el Mercado Colón (el resto de ventanas no tiene vistas, dan a la fachada del edificio y tienen rejas de seguridad). Las calidades son de máximo nivel y la decoración es muy alegre y sencilla. La zona recibidor entrada al apartamento es amplia y todo tiene su encanto pues conecta con el salón. Los espacios son suficientemente amplios con tonos claros y alegres. La cocina dispone de todo lo necesario y de unos muebles muy elegantes y modernos. Cuidamos todos los detalles y no queremos os falte nada. El baño de la cocina es de mucho encanto con tonos especiales y agradables. La calefacción es de radiadores por gas ciudad y el aire acondicionado frío calor es de gran calidad.
