Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Valencian Community

The stay was very pleasant, Inma was very kind, at all times she resolved any questions, we had a quick breakfast ready when we arrived at the apartment, a lot of games for any age, many details for various needs (mini crib, high chair, sled, snow shovels etc...) nothing was missing! It's the closest apartment to the slopes, 10 minutes away. Thank you so much for everything! See you next time!

When we first arrived at Paradisun, we were a bit skeptical despite the promising pictures. But as soon as we saw the stunning garden and the blue sea, our doubts vanished. Our second-floor apartment (#6) offered breathtaking sea views, even better than the photos. The apartment was spotless, with A/C and TVs in every room, and a spacious kitchen with a sea view. The balcony was a lovely bonus. The garden was spacious and well-maintained, with a great pool and direct access to the sea. We sometimes cooked dinner in the apartment and enjoyed it in the garden, which was a fantastic experience. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the nearby grocery store made shopping easy. Jose was very helpful with e.g. arranging meals from local places. A special shoutout to the friendly staff who kept everything tidy. Paradisun is perfect for a relaxing vacation, and I highly recommend it!

This host was always easily accessible and despite different languages we got along well. The house was extremely clean and offered us a good location for a home office for 3 months. We will be happy to come back here.

Wonderful combination of being so close to the centre of Xabia/Javea - just a few steps away from one of a number of charming squares - while having a delightful small swimming pool for enjoyment on hot days. We loved the outdoor terraces along with the pizza oven while being able to wander in to town at any point as well. We used local buses but for drivers there is a useful garage. Five good bedrooms spread around the house which has been converted and improved with love and care. Check-in and check-out was through representatives of a local property company who were efficient and friendly.

We had the pleasure of renting this beautiful house for a month with a group of friends – and it was absolutely perfect! The place is stunning, spotlessly clean, and decorated with a lot of care and a cozy touch. There are so many lovely spots in and around the house where you can relax, cook, or simply enjoy time together. We especially loved the walk to the nearby viewpoint with breathtaking views, as well as the great hiking trails in the area that offer something for everyone. Truly a place to feel at home – we’d love to come back!

We had a great time at Ivone's house. The house is very nice, spacious, nice, quiet and clean. Some days we came out rainy and cold but thanks to the radiant floor it was a perfect stay. The treatment, both Ivone and Lucia (the person who received us) has been at the height of the house, very communicative and attentive to the mobile in case we needed anything. We will definitely repeat because we have been with the family for a few days at home.

We had a wonderful family vacation. Beautiful house with beautiful details in the design. Kitchen very complete in terms of appliances and crockery. Fantastic pool with a great view. In the evening with the lighting really a picture! Communication with Wim goes smoothly and you immediately feel welcome. Enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the bays, and restaurants. (You will also get tips for that from Wim) We will definitely be back! This house is really recommended!

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

Great spot in Benissa close to restaurants (just a few) and the grocery store is walkable. Beach is super close as well! Definitely more quiet of an area not a ton todo but close drive to Altea and the downtown area of Benissa

Our stay in Javea has been incredible, mainly thanks to Inma, from the first moment he recommended places to visit, how to get to them and the best tricks about the area. A spectacular host. The apartment is just like the photos you share and has all the services you describe. Definitely if we have the opportunity to return we will choose it again. Cleaning 10/10.

The apartment absolutely corresponded to the hostess's description. Since we first booked through Airbnb, we were a little skeptical and excited. However, completely unfounded! Check-in went smoothly and we were shown the facility as well as the apartment in peace. The apartment was very clean and is super modern, there is even air conditioning that we liked to use. The unit is well maintained and large. We loved staying at the large pool which was also very well maintained. We liked to drive to Vinaros about 15 kilometers away to the sea. There were four of us, including two children, in the apartment and we were very satisfied.

A clean, spacious apartment, well-equipped, in an enclosed housing estate. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, great for long walks. A great base for nearby attractions. Great communication with your host. Highly recommend.

My husband and I really enjoyed this home. Our hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. We spent most of our 5 days there relaxing on the terrace and enjoying the beautiful view of the sea. The area is very quiet and easy to find. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare nice meals. The atmosphere is very cozy and so relaxing. I highly recommend!
