Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Valencian Community

my partner and I decided to go to benidorm for the first time . we found this lovely wee apartment, nothing fancy , but very relaxing and amazing location 10 min max walk into it all . I would definitely recommend this wee place as very easy to find great location, clean and tidy and lovely and quiet. with a wee bonus a swimming pool what was fantastic for my step son . thank you so much David

Our family enjoyed our stay here. Central location, quite spacious inside. The host is responsive and helpful with any questions. Only one small downside was the quantity of stairs from building front door to the building elevator. Not a big deal for us at all. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Valencia

Jose’s Place is the perfect stay for one or two people. It is centrally located, has great views, an all-inclusive kitchen, and walking distance to several well stocked grocery stores. The living area has a sliding glass door to a great patio to feel the vibrance of the City. The bedroom is in the back with the ability to shut out the world for a great night’s sleep (or to recover from jet-lag). If you are visiting Alicante, this is the PERFECT place!

We spent four days in this lovely apartment, and had a great time. Just in front of the beach, well equipped. There are a lot of nice restaurants around and we did not need yo rent a car. I definitely recommend and hope to come back.

Communication with Daniel was good, he responded quickly. The apartment is just like they appear in the photos and was very clean. To highlight, the comfort of the bed and the quiet at night. Beautiful views and location. I will definitely recommend it. Thanks Daniel for these days we were able to enjoy in your apartment ;)

Great host, nice area,not exactly central but ate breakfast in La Fougasse and dinners in le cepa vieja and the local market which were lovely. Apartment has all the handy extra things you do not get in a hotel.Terrace was lovely and the pillow provided by Carmen helped me sleep well

This place is amazing well worth the money, Maria was lovely , very helpful and full of suggestions of what to do , places to see and how to get there, responded very quick when I needed some information.. the area is handy for eating and transport . The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, well equipped and very clean. I would definitely recommend and would book again thank you

The apartment is great, the space is very well used and it has a terrace to have dinner or just relax and read. The beach can be easily reached on foot in 4-5 minutes (with children). The common areas are very well maintained and it has a small and large pool. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The host is super attentive and friendly, she responds instantly if you need her and her recommendations👌🏻. 100% recommended

Our stay in this apartment was great. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house is a few minutes walk from downtown, as well as the promenade. The apartment is as shown in the pictures and was very clean. Cayetano gave us recommendations for places to visit and restaurants, and was attentive if we needed anything. It's true that there are several parking lots around, but it's hard to find parking on certain dates. On top of that, everything is perfect!

We had a house to ourselves and with 1.5 baths, and 3 bedrooms, it could easily have hosted 6 people. At night it was cool enough that the lack of AC was not an issue. There was a roof deck and chairs to hang out, just be respectful of neighbors. The bufador was around the corner and parking was nearby, very convenient and scenic location. We loved it and walked everywhere during our stay. Everywhere we stayed in Spain, there was some noise, but ear plugs took care of it. Make sure to check on your car because while you can pay for multiple days, there was a note stating that the lot we were in would be closed for some activity that weekend and we had to move, but we found additional parking easily enough. Peñiscola is a beach town, going there is like going to Florida or California to hang out at the beach.

Nice house, nice and spacious and everything present, also for a day at the beach and for the children. Great beds. Friendly host, who was very helpful. The only downside is that it was a bit noisy, but that is normal for a Spanish apartment complex, also to be expected in the big city. We would book again in a heartbeat :)

A great place to stay close to the beach. Pros: -lots of amenities included -very clean and comfortable -close to beach and manly types of transport. Cons: -there is currently construction happening next door, so there is drilling noises during the day inside the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was great to be back in this familiar area again. The villa felt spacious and well appointed. Outdoor areas were very well maintained. There was plenty of space to enjoy and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Tom’s agent Michael was very responsive. The associated car hire from Gray’s worked very well with the pick up and drop off at the airport.

Staying at this apartment just outside Valencia was truly a special experience. The home itself was comfortable and well-equipped, but what made it truly memorable was the chance to connect with the local community. From friendly neighbors to authentic local encounters, we felt genuinely welcomed and immersed in the culture. It was more than just a stay—it was a glimpse into real Valencian life. We spent 4 nights at Felipe's apartment, very spacious and had absolutely everything needed for us, the grandparents and 2 grandaughters, quiet, clean neighbourhood and 5/10 min walk to all the bars, restaurants and a gorgeous sandy beach, bus stop at bottom of road, we rate very high and if we go to that part of Spain again we will definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Raquel's where everything is done to make you feel good. We enjoyed the pool but also the beach just a few minutes' walk away. Communication with Raquel is easy and she is very responsive. The place is as it is in the photos. You can go there without hesitation!

Amazing stay in Javea. The apartment is central in the town. Lovely top floor apartment with a large double bedroom, bunkbeds (with a walk-in wardrobe) and large balcony.

Wonderful Airbnb in the best neighborhood in Valencia! The apartment is even more spacious than we thought, and it was cleaned to hotel standards— very pristine. It had everything we needed for a longer stay, and was very comfortable. The bed had a new modern quilt on it, and was extremely comfortable as well. Jo was also a very great host, so I’ll definitely recommend this airbnb to others.

Very well located. If you go with children it is ideal because you do not have to take a car to go to the beach. The pool was also very much enjoyed.

The apartment was exactly as described. It had everything you would need. Good WiFi and TV system with lots of channels. The kitchen was well fitted out with everything you would need for cooking. The pool was just a few meters from the patio. As it was early April, we had the pool to ourselves. I would have no fault with this apartment. Marian responded promptly to all of our emails. I would highly recommend it.
