Wonderful house with direct view of and access to the sea. We enjoyed some pre-season almost empty beaches with the house as a great basis. Communication with Andres sister Manu was prompt, we could even check in early and she always replied right away and was there for any need or question.

Our experience was brilliant, Tibet was more than helpful. Friendly host, Keira of recommendations, really helpful with assisting with supermarket orders, places to visit and places to eat. Would happily stay at this wonderful villa again. Thankyou for a great stay Tibet!

We had a few wonderful days in the casita. It is beautiful and with all the amenities, we also went with our dogs and they were super 🩷 comfortable, the house and the space is a paradise in nature, and Mari Carmen was super friendly and attentive. We recently had the pleasure of spending a whole month at Feliciano’s. The house is spacious, airy with lots of natural light. But what really makes it marvellous (and the photos don’t do it justice) is the ocean view. The house is well equipped with amenities such as a washer/dryer, dishwasher etc and all utensils for cooking. And as we were travelling with our nine month old baby, Feliciano kindly provided a cot and high chair and also a tub at our request. The shared pool was cold (no surprise since it was October), but it was great to cool off as most days we enjoyed temperatures of 25/26 degrees. We also had the pleasure of meeting Ioana who stopped by to give the house a quick clean during our long stay - lovely and proficient. The location was great to explore local towns and beaches nearby. There is a supermarket within walking distance but you will need a car to get around! Feliciano was easy to contact and quick to help. We had a lovely time.

It was a good idea to choose Eva's house. She was very attentive from the first moment for anything we might need. Regarding the house, it is a very large house, but very well cared for and clean. It is a quiet area but very nice. I definitely recommend Eva and her house 100%.

My partner and I are traveling with 4 dogs. The house is great to spend a few quiet days near the beach (March). The beach is a 5 minutes walk.

We spend a very lovely week at the villa and Service of Alicia was extraordinary! Super fast answers and help in every form and way! The villa was clean and tidy as well. Every imaginable supply was already in the villa waiting for us.

We loved this home so much we didn't want to leave! The pool was just what we needed in the middle of a busy vacation. Thank you!

We had a top stay in Joan Andreu's house. A little outside the city center but only a few minutes drive from the action. Perfect for two families with everything together five kids between 9 - 14 years old. Joan was very accessible and helpful. The house invites you to do nothing blissfully!

Wonderful trip with a large group of friends. Comfortable villa with lots of space inside and out. Off street, secure parking. Kitchen well equipped to cook for everyone. Beach and coastal walking within 5 mins. We loved it.

Great stay in Valencia, the bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, there is a lot of kitchenware, and many common spaces. The host was very attentive and super friendly.

We were a group of 12 people ranging from ages 0 to 70s, and this house met everybody's needs. The house is a very well kept and modern. There's AC/heater in every bedroom and the kitchen has everything you need. I would even say that the house felt bigger in reality than the images :)

Lovely home with an incredible view on the seaside. It feels like you are almost in the sea. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped for (outdoor) lunches and dinners. 30 minute walk along the beach to Torrevieja center (or quicker by road/car)

Villa Minerva offers a great opportunity to stay in a quiet private place very close to the town, beach, boulevard supermarkets. The house offers everything you could need. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The outside space is completely walled, so safe for our dog, who was made very welcome. Even a dog bed and food bowls for the dog were provided. The different seating areas around the pool were spot on. Cheryl is a very helpful responsive host. She will do anything she can to make your stay a pleasant experience.

This villa is stunning, as is the location. There was so much outside space, the mountain walls are beautiful and the sea is near enough on the doorstep. We went in November and there was only one restaurant open which closed mid afternoon, however taxis to the town weren’t too expensive so I’d didn’t cause a problem and was worth this to stay in such a beautiful home and surroundings. Gema was extremely friendly and helpful and very accommodating and was always quick to reply when contacted. Highly recommend.

Our short break was made extra special with the host Johan going above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all we needed. Plenty of restaurants within easy reach and a short walk to the beach made it completely perfect. The 4 of us will be back.

This was our second visit here (we came Easter 2024), so we knew what to expect. As previously, the house was/is fantastically located for beaches, the tram network up and down the coast, and a great base for a simple family holiday. Pablo is a fantastic host, and the house, although not fancy, suited us perfectly. We loved it! P.s the outdoor shower is our favourite!

This place is a dream come true. Great even for larger groups with lots of space and the amenities are almost normally not in cottages. An absolute plus are the comfortable mattresses and pillows, we usually always take our own pillows with us - we wouldn't have needed that here:)

We stayed for a week over New Year. Andrea was very friendly and welcoming. The house is situated in a prime location overlooking the sea with lovely coastal walks outside. The house is exactly as described - well equipped, clean and modern. The garden was fantastic for us to relax in and for our two dogs to play in. There is a driveway and private parking for a car inside the property which was really liked. We had a lovely relaxing week by the sea and it was the perfect start to 2025. Thank you Andrea !

Great host, with lots of info. The place is near the sea (4 min). And the center is max 15 min walk. We loved that it is not in the middle of the center, and that it was a bit more quiet around the house.
