This charming apartment from 1923, built in the style of "modernismo popular" in the hip beach district Cabanyal has been freshly renovated with attention to detail and comfort. It offers space for 6 adults. In 5-10 minutes walk to the sea and thanks to public transport super connected with the old town or you can enjoy the view in the green courtyard from the beautiful balcony with hammock. Die drei Zimmer im Obergeschoss sind alle lichtdurchflutet mit Mosquitonetz und Fensterläden ausgestattet. Eins der Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer und eins hat noch ein durch den Schrank abgetrenntes Kinderzimmer mit Spielsachen. Alle Zimmer sind mit neuen Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher stehen bei Anreise genauso zur Verfügung wie Seife, Shampoo und Duschgel. Genau deshalb bitten wir unsere Gäste die Ruhezeit zwischen 14-17 Uhr einzuhalten. Located on a quiet street at the highest point in Altea, it has incredible views, almost 360 degrees, with no neighbors next door. The house has everything you need, including everything for the beach. House cleaning done only with organic products! Child-friendly house! Pets are allowed as long as they don't climb on the furniture!!! We wish you an unforgettable vacation!

An artist's studio decorated with his own works and Ibizan style with a garden with Arabic touches and chill-out. The studio consists of a main room with high ceilings and wooden beams and a small office with a kitchen and a cozy bathroom. It has an outdoor patio with a summer shower and barbecue. The residential complex is recognized for its architecture and MED_MEX style, the studio belongs to the "El Olivo de Oro" development, very quiet and with swimming pools and paddle tennis court.

The house is located less than an hour by car from the best beaches in the Region, very close to restaurants with traditional cuisine. If you don't know Murcia you will be surprised!!!
