We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This can also be reached quickly on foot on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.

We live simply but beautifully and enjoy the feeling of living in a very special place every day. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, as we are not connected to the public transport network. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away.

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

We were guests at Maria and Josef's for an extended hiking weekend. I can only agree with the previous reviews - we had a wonderful AirBnB experience in the best sense, as it was originally intended! You live on the upper floor of the detached house - enough privacy, but also "family connection"! Maria and Josef have a big heart, are very friendly, open and helpful and gave us great tips for our hikes. The rooms are spacious, super clean, furnished in a traditional style, you have a great view everywhere, the balcony offers space to eat. The location is very quiet and surrounded by nature, yet you can reach the village for shopping or the highway in a few minutes by car and can also reach more distant destinations quickly. There is a lot to explore in the area, from easy walks to challenging summit tours! We felt immediately comfortable and welcome and would come back without hesitation!

Nicole and Ali welcomed us in a very friendly way and familiarized us with the accommodation. There is a really nice garden with an enchanted-looking pond. Some of the goldfish have an extraordinary pattern. From the house you can immediately go on a hike, it does not require a long drive. Even with the one rainy day at the end, we had a very nice time with Nicole, Ali and Cookie.

We made a stopover in Bad Füssing on our way through and used the apartment with a total of 5 people. The stay was very pleasant. The apartment was extremely clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped – you immediately feel comfortable. Even though we unfortunately couldn't meet Christian in person (we arrived late), the check-in was completely uncomplicated. Everything was well prepared. The location is quiet and ideal for relaxing. Overall a very nice place to stay – we can definitely recommend it. We thank you very much and will be happy to come back if we get the chance! Everything as described, Stephanie responded very quickly and the apartment has a personal touch. The location is of course great. Check-in is in person and you don't just get a key code, which we like. Everything was also provided for our child. There were plenty of towels and a small basic equipment in the kitchen such as tea, coffee, oil, cereal and milk.

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. We felt very comfortable with Rainer. We were greeted in a super friendly way and Rainer had some tips for us in Schliersee. Rainer was always very quickly available for questions and actively supported us. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Schliersee, there are very nice walks and hiking trails in the area. The apartment is very quiet and also has a nice balcony. View of the garden, from which you can even see mountains. We will be back!
