The sunny, bright granny flat is on the ground floor on the southwest side of an organic wooden house with a wooden veranda to the south and west side, with outdoor seating and an associated private garden. In the cozy atmosphere of the wooden house with a healthy indoor climate and quiet location, you can feel comfortable and relax. The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can be converted into another single or double bed (2 m by 2 m). In addition, a crib and high chair are available on request.

You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Not far from Salzburg and Munich! You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

Oak floors in the living space and heated tile in the bathroom. Very quiet area with a peaceful view. There is a private terrace overlooking a meadow and the lake with a path, that leads you to the lake. Bathroom has a bathtub for two and separate shower.

Welcome to the Forester's Lodge Suite! In this absolutely quietly located apartment you will find stylishly enough space for up to three people. On about 120 m², you can relax very close to nature. No stress, no noise and a huge terrace for sunbathing or a relaxing start to the day. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare your desired menu without any problems. Enjoy your vacation in the circus trailer on our property. In front of the circus trailer there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on the condition. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This can also be reached quickly on foot on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
