Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Die Kaiserlounge wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Einer unserer Gäste beschrieb die Remise als „Tiny House mit Antiquitäten“. Umgeben von alten Bäumen befindet sich die ehemalige Remise, angrenzend an unsere 140 Jahre alte Villa im schönen Übersee am Chiemsee. Das stilvolle, mit antiken Möbeln und Bildern eingerichtete kleine Maisonette bietet Platz für zwei Personen.

The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. On top there is a mini balcony.

The large, covered balcony with lounge furniture invites you to linger. After an extensive mountain hike or a ski tour, you can enjoy a soothing break in the swimming pool or in the sauna.
