Just minutes on foot to the luxury boutiques of Maximilianstrasse, our apartment offers you everything you need to feel at home. Have a drink at one of the many neighborhood bars, go for a run along the river just a block away, or recharge your batteries in our cozy apartment. On-site parking: €25 per night. Chic studio in the center (French Quarter)

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Kitchen, bathroom, & pantry with washing machine. Parties, smoking not allowed. Free parking in the building only on request when booking, later only a paid parking space is available. The apartment is in a lively trendy district, it is unavoidable that you cannot hear anything with the window open.

The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2019. It is located in the heart of the Maxvorstadt, surrounded by beautiful cafés, small boutiques, restaurants, and bars. Sights such as the English Garden, Odeonsplatz or Marienplatz are all within 10 minutes walking distance. The apartment has a modern bathroom. The beds are super comfortable and can accommodate up to 5 adults. The apartment is air conditioned and offers everything you could ever need.
