The 140qm apartment is converted into a loft, featuring a light-filled spacious room with an integrated open kitchen and a cozy dining area with a corner bench and a large table. Adjacent is a spacious living area with a futon double bed (160x200cm) and two sofas. There are two separate bedrooms, one with two single beds, and the other offers a comfortable king-size bed. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. The same goes for public transportation (bus 2 min, subway 4 min, S-Bahn 10 min), Oktoberfest, the traffic museum, and the beautiful trade fair park. (Maximum occupancy 6 people)

Welcome, we look forward to seeing you soon! A little piece of "home" is waiting for you. The apartment has a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom with shower: toilet, small terrace. In the morning you can hear birdsong with a cup of coffee or jog in the nearby park, and end the day in the evening at the "Griechen" (150 m). The apartment is in the countryside, but only 15 minutes from the center. The Munich fairgrounds (Messe München) are 20 minutes away. The U-Bahn [subway] runs directly to Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. The highway is 5 minutes away.

Monoblock air conditioning. Neighborhood quiet residential development right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally.
