Bright & quiet with marvellous 3-summit-view!

My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.

Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

Alpspitzblick Riedel

The open attic apartment with 50 m2 (fully equipped) is centrally located, close to the spa park, the convention center, the pedestrian zone and not far from the train station. Hikes can be started from here. Shopping, bakery, etc. are a 3-5 minute walk away. The ceiling height is partially lowered. Tall people are restricted!! Wifi included. Free street parking. Extra Expenses: Tourist tax: 3 euros/adult/day, 1 euro/children 6-16 years/day
