The apartment has both a wireless and a standard DSL connection (DSL 16000). The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. Dishes and pots are also available. In addition, the apartment has an extractor fan. On the balcony to the south / southwest side may be relaxed on sunny days. The apartment is located in the countryside and generally very quiet. Nearby is the park, the town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen is a few minutes walk away. Munich can be reached in about 1 hour by car to Innsbruck, it only takes about 45 minutes.

My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.
