Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

The Lehner Schlössl is a fantastically beautiful accommodation in a picturesque location. The house is nestled in the mountains, at the end of a road and with direct access to forest and hiking trails. We were able to walk with our dog directly from the house to a small river. We didn't miss anything and we'd come back anytime. A dream vacation! ☺️

A fantastic accommodation with everything you could wish for! The view is gigantic and plenty of space. The sauna and the "whirlpool tub" are an absolute highlight!

We had a fantastic time in Alexander's vacation home 🤩 everything was as described and one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in. The furnishings are of a high standard and we gladly used the portafilter coffee machine, the grill and the hot tub on the terrace. Alexander was always easy and quick to reach and has many great tips for the area. We felt incredibly comfortable and thank you for everything. Our dog also loved it 🐶

The house is beautifully situated in the scenic Otztal Valley, with hiking routes within walking distance and many attractions just a short drive away. The house was clean, fully equipped, and had a yard with sports facilities that the kids really enjoyed. Melanie and her children were wonderful hosts. We can't wait to return in the winter to experience the valley from a different perspective.

Great place to stay with a great location. The spa area with alpine panorama was outstanding. The quiet location invites you to relax. Shops/restaurants right in the village, 5 minutes by car. Beautiful hikes right from the property. All in all a very nice stay, we will be happy to come back.

The whole area is beautifully quiet, surrounded by nature and invites you to take nice trips in the region. The hot tub and terraces are simply fantastic! You feel right at home and can switch off. I would recommend this place to anyone and if I'm in the area next time I'll definitely book it again!👍

Communication was mega from start to finish! First contact via AirBNB and totally The location is a dream, the amenities and flair really good! We didn't want to leave.

We were a group of 3 families (8 people) with two children (4 & 9 years) and a dog. The hostess was very proactive before arrival and sent us good information, so you could find the place quickly and easily. Furthermore, the access was well cleared and easily accessible even without four-wheel drive vehicles! Upon arrival, we were very warmly welcomed and we received a short briefing. For any questions, the host was always there for you. The location simply invites you to come down and relax. Nevertheless, you are also quickly in the nearby village of See, where you can find restaurants, 2x supermarkets and of course the elevator. We felt super taken care of and would be happy to come back! You just have to see the home base!

Loved this warm, quaint home! The house has a charming, historical feel, but with modern convenience in all the right places. The town of Bad Tölz is lovely and located near fantastic things to do! We would visit again in a heartbeat!

We were allowed to spend a week in the Herzerl Chalet in June and we are sure we will be back! The cottage is very lovingly furnished with details and very clean/ well equipped. There was enough wood/lighter for the stove/ hot tub. The kitchen was super equipped and there were enough towels etc. there. The contact with the alpine farmers is also very friendly and we were supplied with fresh milk every day and, on request, eggs/ pine liqueur. The hostess was always available and took us up to the huts once on arrival, which can be reached by car via a gravel road. For two people looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the valley, the chalet is just the thing!

We had a fantastic stay at Roberto's. He's an incredibly friendly man. The house is cute and cozy. We had indicated that we would like to use the towels and that was no problem at all and there were more than enough towels ready for us. Thanks for this nice stay.
