The 40 m² apartment + 10 m² balcony is located in a residential complex that is about 700 m from the Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenbergbahn. The environment is perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking, biking. The pool and sauna can be reached via a basement corridor. On the outdoor area there is a barbecue area, tennis court, mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to maintenance from about 11/5. The small sauna (up to 4 people) remains open.

Spend a relaxing vacation in a stylish, newly renovated apartment (first floor) of an older house in the district of Partenkirchen. We are artisans. Stephanie makes her beautiful ceramics in the studio at the house. From the living room you have access to the sunny terrace with seating and views of the Wetterstein Mountains. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and handmade dishes. The house is surrounded by a natural garden. The hosts live on the first floor.

A little time out

Our accommodation is ideally suited for a little break from everyday life. The apartment is quietly located and still offers a covered outdoor space for cozy evenings or a little sunbathing. A fully equipped kitchen is available and the bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The sofa in the living area would provide another sleeping space. The apartment is located on the mountain, so arriving by car is recommended. Taxi costs from the train station are about €11

Fantastic living in the idyllic property

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.
