Vacation home rentals in Upper Bavaria

Being out of the country, Franz helped in organising things to do and places to go even down to finding somewhere for Christmas dinner..The array of foods in the downstairs kitchen was always an easy option for us all and utilised the coffee’s and Croissant's a great deal. The beds were great, and rooms were nice and warm. We had a party of 12 and it worked great. Only a few minutes to town, Couldn’t recommend more highly. Thanks again Franz.

We had a very pleasant stay in Grafrath. Simon was extremely kind and helpful, giving several hints about the place and always available whenever we needed a help. I hope we may return to their place in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at “the castle.” The communal kitchen led to a few nice conversations with other guests and the farm store downstairs (with delicious raw milk!) was a total highlight for the kids and us. We’re sure to recommend and will be back!

everything was perfect and well organized..the landlord was really helpful and organised the basic necessities...we had a great time there...Being too far from the city could be a drawback .

Great place to stay outside of Munich and yet close to beautiful landscapes

We came here 3 years ago and liked it so much we chose it for our holiday again this year. The location is perfect. Beautiful mountain views. Peace and quiet. Only a short walk to the thermal spa, and a slightly longer one to the Schlossbrauhaus with its traditional Bavarian food and drink. A very short drive to the Tegelbergbahn cable car. And of course the castles. The accommodation is great. Very characterful and roomy. Ideal for two couples with differing daily routines as the second bedroom and bathroom are quite separate. The communication from Juergen was great and he sorted out a small problem for us very swiftly. Recommended!

Very nice place to stay. Very nice stylish place to became in 19 century. Just be aware, that ceiling in some places is less then 1.7m

Our stay at the apartment was very good, there are no fundamental negative points, everything was great. It should only be mentioned that construction work is currently taking place on the neighboring property, which restricts the view from the balcony, as you are looking at a container wall. However, there are no problems with the volume. The apartment is generally recommended.

A perfect place for our family vacation. Very very stylish, cozy and clean with plenty of space. Everything has been thought of and also highly recommended with toddler. Great terrace for sitting outside and playground right around the corner. In a quiet location with baker, Italian and inn directly accessible on foot or downstairs (and fresh eggs from the farm opposite) and yet quickly accessible excursion destinations by car or train. The Königscard is included and was great for some free or reduced entries. Very friendly hostess Sina. Glad to come back! :)

This was the ideal starting point for a trip to the Zugspitze with the family. We felt very comfortable and would have stayed longer! Everything you need for a short vacation is there and our highlight was the view of the fantastic Alpspitze from the balcony. Check-in via key box was easy and stress-free. We'll definitely be back in the mountains again. :-)

This place is great! Clean, spacious and a 10 minute walk to beautiful Lake Starnberg. Conveniently, there is a bus stop right in front of the condo that takes you to the train station. There are grocery stores across the street which is about a 5 minute walk. Great restaurants and shopping around the lake.

I am incredibly grateful for the time I spent at Christoph and Stephanie’s beautiful home. It was the perfect retreat — peaceful, spotless, and so comfortable — with easy access to town and the breathtaking natural beauty of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Beyond the beautiful space, Christoph and Stephanie are truly kind and generous hosts. I felt a genuine personal connection with them, and their warmth and hospitality made my stay unforgettable. Thank you both so much for everything. I sincerely hope to have the chance to stay with you again in the future.

The place was super clean, the reception at the place was super friendly and very familiar. The various rooms on the residential complex as well as in the apartment are well maintained and in great condition. The communication was super good and also very fast, and questions were answered quickly. At a great time in Oberaudorf, this apartment was the best decision everything was just perfect. Ps: The view from the balcony is simply stunning direct mountain views. Always happy and 1000% recommended.

Very nice and well located apartment in Garmisch Patenkirchen. It is well-equipped and has everything you could need for a cozy weekend. Andrea is a very nice host and you can tell that she cares for her apartment with a lot of love.

We had a very nice time in Oberaudorf. There are many sports and hiking opportunities right outside the front door. From the balcony of the apartment you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and nature. Martina's apartment is very well furnished, super cozy and has a perfect location. Sauna and swimming pool are also great. We would come back.

A wonderful stay! Claudia is a super sweet hostess, always available and very helpful. The place was very clean, well equipped and the location is perfect – there are many ways to explore the surroundings. I would come back anytime and highly recommend it.
