Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Upper Bavaria

We spent a few days at Sofia's farm during the (Lower Saxony) Easter holidays and felt super comfortable. Sofia greeted us personally and showed us the beautiful apartment. We were able to get fresh eggs from the chickens running around the farmyard outdoors as well as very delicious apple juice from local orchards from the nearby area of Lenggries. The apartment is housed in an outbuilding on the property, so you can have a very private vacation but, if necessary and at your own request, you can also be involved in the farm life with its residents (Sofia's family with adult daughters and very friendly husband) and have nice contact with interesting conversations. We sat on the beautiful balcony every evening and enjoyed the fantastic view of the nearby Alps (it was already very warm in Bavaria during our stay before Easter). Thank you, Sofia, we will be happy to come back!

We were all very satisfied , the location is breathtaking, 😍 you are relatively central 15 minutes to Königssee, 30 minutes to the salt mine. The hut has a fireplace which makes the whole thing even more cozy. Kitchen is well equipped... a stove with two hotplates, fridge and enough dishes for 6 people . Towels will be provided one. Beds are also made . It was very clean and very cozy. The cabin also has a small dining area communication is a bit difficult but then called in the restaurant and reached someone. Restaurant also highly recommended. So 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for you

We stayed at Julia and Michl's home for 6 weeks. It was a lovely home to stay in for this length of time. We met Julia and Michl a couple of times and they were really nice and helpful. We had our dog with us and there were some great walks straight from the house. Overall we had an excellent stay and would thoroughly recommend their home to rent.

We are so pleased with our stay at Uli's place! So incredibly nice scenery around, walking distance to the nearest bus stop, super comfy bed, clean room and fridge 😍 Cozy patio also where we drank wine and had dinner that we bought with us! I really recommend staying at Uli's place! I don't have a bad thing to say about the listing☺️

Highly recommended. The house was the perfect size for myself, wife, two teenage daughters, and two dogs. It’s surrounded by picturesque views and located near beautiful walking trails, including one that leads up to a stunning waterfall. There are several good Italian restaurants within a five-minute drive. Garmisch and Oberau are both only ten-minute drives away. The host, Maximillian, was very responsive. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit.

Oh and the beautiful view which took our breath away every day. The gentle jingling of cow bells was so relaxing too. You have a really beautiful and homely home, which enabled such a relaxing stay! The sauna was such a welcome touch for my eldest daughter and I. Your home was spotlessly clean and everything we could want for to cater for ourselves was there. Tyler and Anna were great and have created a comfortable home base for exploring the area around Oberaudorf. Tyler was very responsive, flexible with check in and out and gave lots of great local recommendations.

We had a great stay! The place is beautiful and neat. Violetta gave us a warm welcome and gave good tips for hikes nearby. And the nature is breathtaking.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful and spacious apartment (a little old fashioned, which we found charming). Marianne was super responsive and helpful. Note that there is a 4 night minimum stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our expectations were far exceeded. Ms. Frühholz is a very friendly and accommodating hostess. The place was above average and we felt right at home. The surroundings are beautiful. Right outside the front door are two cable cars, one stop of the Zugspitzbahn and much more. Many thanks to Ms. Frühholz, we will definitely be back!

All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. We especially liked the balconies, where we could watch the sunset/sunrise. The apartment was also pleasantly warm due to the heated floor. From the apartment you also have good transport connections, which allows you to explore the surroundings by bus. We want to thank Claudia again for the pleasant stay.

We had a lovely time in Oberammergau and enjoyed our stay at Christian's place very much. The apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need. We particularly liked the great location – hiking trails such as the one on the Kofel (a recommendation from Christian) start right outside the door, and also restaurants such as the Maxbräu are within walking distance. When we're back in the area, we'd love to book the place again at any time. Thank you, Christian!

Alexander and his mother are very warm hosts who care that you feel comfortable and that you have everything you need. The apartment is perfectly located: quiet, only 10 minutes' walk to the train station with east-facing orientation and a large window to the balcony for plenty of sunlight in the morning, which makes you want to explore the surroundings. The small breakfast is the perfect start to the day! The products are of very good quality. And where else can you still get breakfast in a real AirBnB?! Fantastic! Thanks for the wonderful mini-break! I am totally thrilled and will definitely come back!

Very cozy cabin, well equipped, oven, sauna and bath tub were a delight at freezing winter temperatures. Great location for winter sports or hiking holidays. Very nice communication. In any case, we remember this very, very nice place!

Andreas is a perfect host. Always easily accessible, extremely fast feedback as well as very positive, pleasant and friendly communication. The log cabin 10 of the Zipflwiese is a perfect place to unwind and find peace. Everything necessary and desirable is available, you feel really comfortable there and quickly at home. Very clean and well equipped. The amenities are completely as described. The private sauna is a highlight for relaxing, as is the fireplace. Great location, very quiet surroundings, there are many opportunities for excursions & activities, location is directly on the hiking trails/cross-country ski trails and also the orientation of the log cabin is perfect. The ability to drive up and unload luggage directly in front of the hut is another very convenient plus. Own parking space available. We'd love to come back :-)

Great house, everything you need is there: outside fireplace, barbecue, all the kitchen stuff, everything. The only thing worth mentioning is that this house is one of 10-15 similar houses in the same complex, so don't expect a house in the middle of nowhere :)

Very cozy and clean accommodation, with everything you need for a few days of rest and tranquility. Winter sports and hiking opportunities at the front door. We felt very welcome and comfortable.
