Our “Haus Wildbach” was recently renovated and is located in the Seegatterl district. The residential area is quiet at night and is located away from the hustle and bustle of the village in nature, directly on a stream and the Alpine road. Cross-country ski trails, cycling and hiking trails as well as the gondola lift to the Winkelmoosalm start right outside the door. This apartment has a very nice balcony with stream and mountain views. The spacious living area offers space for shared meals.

Brenda´s Mountain Home

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

This is our large first-floor apartment. This is the perfect starting point for all hikers, cyclists, skiers, sledders, cross-country skiers, as you have everything right at your doorstep. After your leisure activities, you can relax in the in-house swimming pool and sauna, have a glass of wine on the balcony with evening sun or sit together in the bar in a convivial atmosphere. Several restaurants are within walking distance.

In our 45 sqm apartment for up to 3 people, newly renovated in November 2024, you will find a large living-bedroom with a double bed. Large windows and south-facing balcony offer magnificent views of the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cozy dining area and an additional sofa bed. Here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden and Waxensteine and Alpspitze during your breakfast.

The apartment is located directly at the Olympic ski stadium and the Partnach Gorge, so the location of the apartment is perfect for hiking.
