Brilliant place to stay. Quiet and peaceful surrounded by great views and lovely countryside. The house was spotless, well equipped with everything you needed and the host was very welcoming. The only downside about it was that I couldn’t stay longer! 10/10 would love to visit again.

My partner, our little son and I were in this apartment in January. Since we come from the big city, nature and the quiet location were particularly important to us – and that's exactly what we found here. The house offers everything you could ask for. It is beautifully decorated, with a lot of love for detail. From the kitchen equipment to the selection of books, everything was perfectly thought out. We lacked nothing. The private wellness area was also a highlight: stylishly furnished and ideal for relaxing. Afterwards, we ended the evening by the fireplace – a fantastically beautiful experience! I definitely recommend this cottage, whether for yourself or as a gift for your loved ones. A wow effect is guaranteed! Many thanks to the hosts for the unforgettable moments!

You can tell that this property has all the passion of Ullrich. It is available with recommendations and tips on activities in the region, which can be started directly at the cottage, and many more options for young & old with a few minutes drive. In summer weather, the garden invites you to relax. We were a little irritated by the many laminated rules, as it is a matter of course for us to deal with foreign property properly.

Sika and her husband were friendly, the place is amazing, quiet, peaceful and surrounded with farms. they have lots of animals my kid and I enjoyed it. I recommend this place for whom looking for relaxation.

Short break in this beautiful setting...Gärtnerhaus very idyllic with direct access to the park grounds. For two and four-legged friends who appreciate nature and casual atmosphere, just perfect. We will be back for sure and will also enjoy other seasons in the park.

We stayed in the accommodation for a long time and we were very satisfied. The furnishings of the wooden house correspond to the description. Everything is very cozy and the kitchen has everything you need for a stay. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and you feel "at home" very quickly. The location is wonderful for those looking for peace and quiet - but that is also stated in the description. The nearby yew forest is wonderful for dog walks and by bike you can explore the beautiful area. The Internet connection runs via Starlink and is therefore usually very fast. Cellular reception is possible with pairing via WiFi. We very much enjoyed the nature and the animals on the stud farm and our dog was also very welcome. We will be happy to come back.

We spent a few very relaxed and quiet days with our two dogs in Waltraud's very cozy cottage. Even though we had inquired at very short notice, everything worked out great and totally uncomplicated and we felt very comfortable...thank you again!

Really a beautiful accommodation on an old castle grounds. Great medieval house with corresponding flair, but well equipped. Left nothing to be desired, and the hosts were very easy to reach and super flexible. Recommended to anyone looking for a special place to stay.

We, my husband our dog and I immediately felt super welcome in the accommodation. There was a little attention for our four-legged friend and for us to welcome and it was very cozy. Christina and Philipp even sent us excursion options in the area at the beginning, which helped us a lot to enjoy our second part of the honeymoon according to our expectations. We would book again anytime! The accommodation is very quiet, so you can only hear the frogs in distant ponds in the evening in the summer. We had a great time☺️

Perfect stay – absolutely recommended! Eva is a fantastic host – warm, attentive and always available when you need something. The house is beautifully restored and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. We particularly liked the combination of modern comfort and charming ambience. The location is also ideal: The proximity to Rosenheim and the mountains makes the house the perfect starting point for excursions into nature or into the city. The service during our stay was first-class – we felt completely comfortable. Thank you, Eva – we will be happy to come back!

It was very nice, everything clean & tidy. We felt totally comfortable and there was nothing missing. Great place to stay, stylish & lovingly furnished and quietly located. On site, we were greeted very kindly, everything was shown to us and we still got great tips for activities. On the property, everything is for shared use - beautiful sitting areas and the garden. A very relaxing weekend :)

We spent a family weekend at Sonja's. Communication in advance could not have been better. Sonja gave us numerous great tips and recommendations for the region and always responded quickly to inquiries. The farm is beautifully quietly located. Perfect for just relaxing. The barn is a beautiful adventure playground and the sauna area is a special highlight. There were numerous fragrances, etc., that you usually don't have in other accommodations. In general, the sauna area was very appealing. The house has a beautiful garden that invites you to eat together. Nearby is a beautiful small swimming lake. The room above the cottage is a little more susceptible to noise when there are other guests downstairs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Nice house and great location. We would recommend it to families!!!!

Nice place to stay in the glassblower town of Lauscha. Great hiking opportunities right behind the property and also in the surrounding area. We felt very comfortable at the place…but the mountain is really steeper than expected…Thanks to Alex for the good communication!
