Our 110 year old in nouveau art house is located in the beautiful and astonishing prealpine lands right in between Munich and the famous castles. The apartment is very cozy and decorated with love. Everything very clean and well prepared for a visit. In the next larger town about 5 to 10 min drive. There are all discount stores, gas stations, etc. To Konstanz about 40 minutes, to Überlingen as well. Check in independently and completely uncomplicated.

I recently spent a longer stay in this apartment and was really very satisfied. The apartment is comfortably furnished and offers all you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent – quiet enough to relax, but still fast in the center, so you can reach all the sights and amenities in no time. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you need. Especially great is how cozy and nicely decorated everything is. I felt very comfortable right away. The contact with Sonja was consistently nice and straightforward. All questions were answered promptly. I'd love to come back and can fully recommend this apartment!

Great place, super easy check-in, fast and easy communication with Markus. The location to the subway station is perfect and with the proximity to the Mercado shopping center you have everything you need. The room is more spacious than a hotel room, super clean and well maintained. We will be back.

We were in the accommodation with a slightly larger group and therefore had it to ourselves. The common area and kitchen proved perfect for eating together and spending time. The spacious sauna also contributed greatly to the well-being. Due to its location on a country road, the accommodation is easily accessible and still not too noisy. So you can also easily walk into the adjacent nature or drive to the ski resorts. The individual apartments have all surprised us very positively, they are very spacious, have everything you need and are very bright. We would rent the place again any time.
